Everything about the seems good except for me Face ID is not working. I have to renter my password every single time I login.ajKweez

Aggravating
This app used to work flawlessly for me and I like being able to remotely deposit. However for the past 2 months I have had to authenticate every time I want to log in. I hope this gets fixed soon because it’s not useful if I have to continue authenticating EVERY time.McHerr

can’t sign in
Anytime I type in my User ID and Password it says “Cannot complete your request at this time” I’ve tried using the original password they had given me at the bank but then it says “incorrect pass or user” so I know i’m using the right log in.Laurenn.aashley
