  • Great bank. terrible app

    This app is good when it works. At one point it was locking me out of my account after one sign in every day. Now it’s crashing constantly. Face ID works half the time.
    I’m ready for an update.

    Before the last 2 updates it worked. Please fix!

  • Worst app ever

    Absolutely terrible I have nothing but problems with this app constantly crashing then you enter your passcode and all it says is an unknown error occurred I’ve uninstalled and tried to reinstall for the app to completely deny my user name and password altogether I have to go to the bank itself at least 1 a week to get them to redo all my app stuff all over again so this is the worst mobile banking app out there by far !

  • Used to be good, now it’s terrible.

    This app is terrible. It used to be really good, but now it glitches regularly. I’ve had to delete it several times. Also, it is supposed to support Face ID, but I always have to enter my full password. It almost makes me want to take my business elsewhere. It is so frustrating in this day and age to not be able to check my accounts.

    If I could give this app 0 stars right now I would... ever since they updated the app it has been nothing but a headache in order for me to login... if it doesn’t forget that I use Face ID to login it wants me to authenticate my account... I’m ready to change banks so that I will have an app that works

  • Used to love, but needs an update

    I have loved the app for the past two years, but in the last 2 months it has not been working at all. I can’t even get to the login screen. I’ve tried everything but it still won’t work, and now I’ve got to use a desktop to access my bank account. I wish that they would fix it!!

  • What’s wrong with this app?

    My account is fairly new but I am savvy about using my iPhone on banking websites as I have two other banking accounts that present me with fast easy transactions. With this RRB app, I have far more frustration than expected. I like to check my banking balance often to verify deposits and withdrawals. Three times in two months I have had to go into the bank for personal assistance. The app repeatedly fails to recognize my personal password and I am denied access to pay my bills. The result is that I must go to my Chase Bank app and use that checking account and then follow up with a personal visit to RRB to change my password once again. Grrrrrr! Not a happy camper!

  • Locked me out

    I’ve been locked out of my online account for over 3 months... this is aggravating the hell out of me
  • Horrible

    Mobile deposit is the worst as in it doesn’t work. Also the app blinks out constantly and requires a security code each time access to the account is needed. I’ve complained numerous times but RRB contends app is fine. I speculate the bank must be related to the creator of this pathetic app. As a customer of other banks using many online bank apps I can assure you by comparison this RRB app is the worst.
