Love The App But…
I love New Look and downloading the app has made shopping so much easier than using the web browser but…where has my wish list gone? I added so much stuff to it over the last couple days and now it says it’s empty? Also when I try to add anything to it it says it’s empty or it will remove the heart on an item. I really hope this will be fixed as I’ve been really enjoying the app and would like to use it over the web browser.Show lessJadeCrumble
Really poor app!
Had issues with the app for so long now. Items keep being removed from my wishlist and it takes forever for my wishlist to even load up. Mostly it doesn’t even load and I can’t save any items in my wishlist at all. I don’t even trust it to save anything anyway and it’s constantly removing items and always says the same number of wishlist items I have saved even though I know I saved more. May just have to just get rid of the app and use the internet in the hope it actually works properly!Show lessJenhsmithxo

The app itself is great however…
The pricing of your items is so awkward for gift card users all these .99 on the end makes adding up to use your gift card impossible often resulting in left over money on a car you’ll never use so that’s not good for the gift giver or receiver especially as our local new look has been shut down (Hatfield) and I don’t drive either so can’t spend remaining balance in store nor online as nothing will include the delivery fee.. disappointing..Show less.?;'shhfkdkbxgajjsd

I have been buying clothes from jeans to tee shirts, shirts , jackets and footwear from Newlook for a long time now as I find their products are way better than most other shops I oreoshopped with . They not only have great up to date looks but also beautiful clothes . There boots are awesome also . They have a great selection of staff who are always friendly and helpful and if the need arises they are so helpful with returning and refunds . Overall a very top rate shop in all aspects.. Frustrating
The app in itself is good and easy to use, but it is a nightmare to actually purchase anything! I’ve tried to buy things on a number of occasions (quite a large number of things to be fair, but surely that’s a good thing!?)… but, once I go to pay for them they’ve gone from my basket and I have to try and remember everything I wanted to buy. Tried a second time, thinking I’d ‘heart’ (save) the items first and then move them to the basket at the same time so this didn’t happen again, but again most had gone by the time I’d finished and I had to start again… ended up just using the website version and it didn’t happen! Please New Look, do as ASOS does and just move it automatically to ‘save for later’ if it times out of the basketShow lessLilwinch
Checkout problems
I am trying to checkout the things I want to order constantly saying select billing address and there is no way to select the billing address unless you select the credit card details which you wish to pay on also I am losing out app25off discount too.
Please sort it out as soon as possible!Raztak
