I Love New Look
I recommend this app to anyone who likes shopping but can’t go because of lockdown or anyone who wants to do a little online shopping. This app caters for everyone especially since the launch of the 915 boys range. The prices are fair - not too high but not too low (I am therefore not worried about unfair working conditions or bad quality clothing). I have done 4 orders so far on the app and the have all arrived when expected. There was one item of clothing I did not like but I was able to return it really easily! The app is really good and it has a very good function. No glitches and no inconvenience. Only thing I have to complain about is the way the clothes are now set out on the app. I don’t like the update where there are 3 in a row because it is hard to see the detail in the clothes and I’m having to click on and off to look at prices and to see the clothes up close where as before it was 2 in a row and I could see what the clothes are like and it showed the price.Show lessDaliya13

I am really enjoying the prices of Mack 3 pack for £4.99..
Which is Excellent price good looks & I like the customer service when I came to store that young girl was explaining to ME..so nicely & very polite way so Customer understood what is promoting at store & very good thing she told me is do online as well so you get 10% of when you buy any item from Store..
She really nicely explains refund policy as well...so I feel so good when I left the Store..

Customer service is very important & HELP customer is very important as well.
Some good company didn’t help ME to get my product done so I was NOT happy at All..
My £200 pound gift from my beautiful MUM gone in BIN. (Not Good & Customer support item very poor in my eyes because I don’t have JOB & my MUM gave me gift from her beautiful heart TV as gift to daughter..her money hone in BIN..which I am NOT HAPPY At silly Company didn’t provide New TV or repair so unlucky..
Anyways thanks for good Special offer which I love special idea going on because I don’t have JOb at the moment but I luv ideas item to be HONEST..Excellent Company & Good in value..good customer service.😀👏😍👏

I always have shopped from newlook and I always will do !! Such an amazing variety of clothes. I love the jewellery and range of products. I ordered a jacket and from the app and it arrived within 5 days with no problems. I love the customer service !! Always my go-to shopping place. Also do really good offers and sales. I love that nothing is tooo expensive. I bought a hoodie and it’s so comfortable and soft. My favourite place ever !! ❤️❤️❤️Show lesshddvtd
Rubbish!!!
I used to love new look so when I moved across country and don’t have one for miles figured I’d start using the app to buy my things, it used to be great and I had no problems at all with it. Since the app has been changed I’ve not been able to buy from new look unless it’s on the website. The app constantly crashes, signs me out or I get a message every few days to say a bug has eaten the stuff in my saved items. It’s so frustrating when saving outfits then going back a few days to order them to find everything’s gone. It’s been like this for months when are yous planning on fixing this??Show lessLilkayls

I treated myself to a variety of tops and all are as described and very happy with them except one bodysuit top which is supposed to be coral and why I ordered it but was so disappointed when I received it as the colour is not as described and looks more like a rust colour which I’m not keen on. However, I still feel New Look deserves a good rating for their excellent delivery service and would like to say a big thank you to the key workers who made it happen during this horrible and uncertain pandemic.
Most times I shop online with New Look I’m a very happy customer as they have a lovely choice of clothes and rarely disappointed when I shop with them and are very generous with their discount deals so thank you New Look. I’ll be back.Show lessTReltub

I have lots of things form new look and at the moment there is this one top that my friends bought in store and I really like so we had to go out shopping for something and there was a new look this shop wasn’t the same as the shop my friend bought hers from tho but it was still a new look
I was searching everywhere for this top and eventually gave up and thought I’ll order it online
I have now searched through the whole of the online app and website and still can’t find the top really annoyed... wanted to wear it next week but they haven’t refreshed any of there pagesShow lessmadbeagle1ornot
