  • Love new look hate the app!

    It’s crazy how one of the biggest high street names has such a poor mobile platform. The most frustrating thing for me is if you scroll through your saved items too quickly, they all get muddled and the pictures jump around and lag behind showing the price of the item above but the picture of a different item. It’s absolute madness that I have to scroll super slowly to stop this happening. ASOS, boohoo, none of their apps have this issue. It’s clear that so many customers have problems with this app and have done for months. Sort it out !

  • Annoyed.

    This app never loads anything. Like two things load then you can’t see anything else. Fix it. It’s the slowest app I’ve ever used.
  • Frustrating fault

    I often shop with new look, and much prefer online shopping to being battered around visiting town to go in store. Another perk to being able to shop online or via an app is that I’m quite indecisive, so being able to save items and come back to them is perfect, especially when I’m piecing together an outfit for an event a little while ahead. However over the past few months, whenever I open my app I’m met with a message that says there has been a bug and my saved items have been lost. It’s so frustrating and has meant I’ve not bought much recently. I understand I can look through the site and save it again, but it’s a a waste of time when I know it won’t be there again in a few days time. I really hope this bug is fixed soon as it has been going on for months.

  • Disappointed

    I love new look and I love shopping there but I want to order some online things and it won’t add to my basket. I want to be able to order some clothes with no trouble but every time I go and put it in my basket it says try again later. I’ve been trying for a few days now and it still isn’t letting me. I hope you can fix this because I love shopping at new Look.

  • Everything!!!🥳🥳🥳

    I love to shop at new look because it has loads of great clothes. It is my favourite shop and I would definitely recommend it. The only downfall that I have come across is once I am off the app and come back later it says that there is this bug that comes and eats with my saved items. This can be annoying because I sometimes have 50 things saved. Hopefully this can be fixed soon. 🤪🤩🥳

  • Rubbish

    Honestly if I could give this app a zero I would. This is literally my first review on the App Store and it’s because it’s so terrible! From day dot when I downloaded this app over 12 months ago it’s been rubbish. Whenever there is a sale there is always things that are out of stock showing, why? It’s like hanging a piece of meat in front of a lion and then eating it. Also it used to filter different sizes when I’d selected my size. So after that I stopped using it. Now I’m looking to go away and thought I’d give it ago again last night, how wrong I was! Can’t even add anything into my basket and it’s still throwing you back to the top of the page when you select something and come back out. Honestly I don’t shop much in new look anymore but this just makes me stick to primark more. Sorry.

  • Terrible app

    This has been said before but when adding things to your basket, the landing page takes you back to the top of your search results which is incredibly frustrating. Each time I’ve updated the app, this still happens.

    The same with not actually being able to add anything to my basket!! How do you expect a sale through the app if every single time I add something to the basket, I get the error message: we couldn’t add this to your bag, please try again. Every single item, with every single update.

    It’s like the developers are only concerned about this new camera search feature or adding new products than actually producing omni channel sales.

  • Good stock but poor movement around app

    Love the stock availability but find it really really unbelievably frustrating that when you leave the main product screen to look at an item in detail/check available sizes or to check your basket, when you go back to your search, it takes you right back to the top of the page rather than where you left off and even jumbles all the items up!!! Spend ages checking what products I have and haven’t already seen before I get completely frustrated and decide not to bother buy anything at all! Please address this - you have great product selection and pictures otherwise!!

  • Nice but a few complaints

    I love the look of the app and it’s easy to navigate. My issue is that it’s very annoying when I’m trying to shop a look, select a product to view and then when I go back to the list of products, it takes me back up to the very top. Please fix this because it often frustrates me to the point where I give up on shopping altogether. Also, please allow us to change the currency.
