Opened notifications, and app keeps going back to that screen when I try to access most other features. It then froze up with the loading wheel continuously spinning. Probably should have debugged it a bit more before the big release.? Up

The latest version of the app has been upgraded and optimized to support IOS 14x. We regret that you have experienced crashing. We test a broad range of devices and OS to insure the best possible quality, but sometimes the older versions of the app struggled with certain environments. In the latest version, the app has been optimized to work on an even broader range of devices. Our Client Service Center (800.433.1685) is happy to help resolve any issues.Great Upgrade!

My password (which works on my desktop) is too long for the field, so I can’t even log in.
Prior to this change (when I was able to log in), the app was bare bones - you can see your balance and general activity and that’s it. You can’t make any changes to your information, contributions, investments, etc. You can’t request or communicate via the app.Show lessJordatty

The App makes the retirement account basics very simple. Many of the people I work with do not understand all of the complexities of retirement, but we all have smartphones so that makes it easy.LRHams
