The latest update to the app appears to have put a character limit on the password field to login. As a result, my password which is longer than limit, cannot be inout to login.KyleHallDesign

This is one of the most outdated apps I’ve seen and I’m forced to use it since this is my employer’s choice of 401k plans. The visuals and functionality are seriously from 5 plus years ago.SunnyMcVay
Very disappointing

Don’t waste your time with this app!
It’s obviously not supported I don’t know why they don’t take it off the App Store. Tells you to verify your account by logging in to the desktop site and then go to “mang accounts” lol. Nowhere does manage accounts exist on their desktop site.moneyclip
Doesnt work, dont bother
Until they update it.
I spent an hour on the phone with them redownloading and reinstalling and reauthorizing the app to work on my phone, it did work for a while. Now a couple weeks later its back to saying my account is disabled, when it isnt. Giving up, deleting this app. Website on computer is better.Show lessXanderak
Your account has been disabled... again
Every time I open this app it tells me my account has been disabled and I have to spend 20 minutes on the phone unlocking it! I am about to run out of password ideas resetting this.JB3531
Outdated app, does not work most of the time
Must of the times when I open this app, it tells me that my account is disabled. The app is really outdated. I see complains about the same issues (including mine) from 2012 and now, 8 years later, it’s still not fixed. Worst App Ever
Do not waste your time with this App. When trying to log on, it says my account has been locked for security reasons and to call technical support. Technical support doesn’t know why it says that and can’t fix it. Just log in on your computer and don’t waste your time with the app.jjjbm
Awful App
This app should be better considering that it is 2017. Every time I try to log in it tells me that my account has been disabled. iOS 11 has been out for 3 months now. There should have been a patch for this issue months ago. I hope the quality of this app does not reflect the quality and care of our investments.Show lessCrentfrow
Doesn't support touch id
Why would anyone want to use this over your website? Logging in is a royal pain because it doesn't support touch id and you can use safari's password manager.
Why bother with an app?
