Regional limitation

Why pay for subscription when I can not which my Dstv via this app when am in the UK. Makes the name DSTV stream sounds like a joke. Even got more fustrated trying to contact your WhatsApp only to be chatting with a bot … let me stop here for now, depending on your response

Busy channels do not work on my Ipad Pro

All channels work well until you watch a popular event live on Supersport. Wimbledon and F1 live keeps jumping back about 5 minutes and then back again. In other words it keeps showing you the same few minutes until such time as it blanks and then ‘jumps’ to the present. Only to jump back again. I have logged out and in numerous time, off loaded the app and reloaded it and ‘cleared’ the cache.
Nothing works.
Issue seems to be with the most streamed live events like e.g. Wimbledon final and F1 races. Less busy channels work fine.

Add 2 app features for live EPL matches

Needs
1. A rewind and fast forward feature
2. Store some EPL matches for at least 7 days for rewatching purposes.

Worst app

This is literally the worst streaming app I’ve ever come across. I’ve highlighted the issues to DSTV before but this was ignored. The problem is that you cannot pause a show or resume watching where you left off. When you pause, and come back a few minutes later to unpause, the show starts again from the beginning and not from where you left off. Similar story with stopping a show. You cannot resume from where you left off.

Protesting One Device

You seriously need to review this one device policy. It’s retrogressive and annoying! You can’t have one subscription that should benefit a family now reduced to one device, where is the convenience here? What are we paying for?

All streaming platforms in the world take a minimum of 3 devices but you guys in the name of outdated security practices reduced it to one device. If it wasn’t for the Sports channels I would be gone in a flash from this service.
