Adequate
The Forgot Password feature fails to display the email address the reminder is going to. Documents appear to be PDF but cannot be saved, emailed, opened as PDF, or viewed in landscape mode. The Central website now has no login page and it's almost impossible to figure out that the app is the only way to log in. The basic information is here and is usable but the execution is not great.
By the way, at least several of the other reviews appear to have been submitted by people affiliated with Central Insurance.

Easy to use
Great app that gives me access to my policy info plus billing.

Waste of time
All I want to do is pay my bill. To have to type in the username and password every time I open the app is an epic pain. In addition, Central makes their web site difficult to interact with fill in password apps like LastPass. This app was terrible and is DELETED!
