Works as advertised
As others have pointed out you will need to verify your email address first as well as log in from a browser prior to logging in on the app the first time you use it.
Great App
I read some of the reviews and it seems like lots of issues with the log in. I never had any issues with that ever. I also use this app as a vendor and when we are checking in people it is super fast and easy. I love TicketLeap!
Login & Finding Tickets
Logging in with email worked for me but I couldn't see tickets in the app until I verified my email address via the welcome email. TicketLeap could be clearer about this - they even have a few suggestions if you're missing tickets when you look for them in the app, but verifying your email isn't one of them.
Not sure if others are having login problems with email or FB or what, but everything is working for me.

Awesome Application
Quick and easy to install. It automatically linked to my purchased tickets. Highly recommend
Worked great for meโฆsimple ticket app
The new version works just fine for me. Instantly brings up my tickets I purchased online moments before. It did not ask me for a โselfieโ nor can I figure out how to take one - which I donโt want to do. :)
Decent Experience
The programmers must have recently made some changes to this app because my experience, albeit a simple one, was pretty straightforward and pleasant compared to the other reviews. I bought a couple of tickets online, downloaded the app, used the temporary password they included in the receipt email (and immediately changed the password, upon the app's request), and immediately saw my tickets. No selfie required. No confusion. But again, perhaps what I am asking of the app is simpler than other multi-person scenarios.
I just felt like this app deserved a positive review, given my good experience.

Not the best design for a 4.0 version
First, "touch the hamburger thing" is a horrible description. I'm a programmer and didn't know what the hell that meant. Second. You don't know who's ticket is who's. So I ended up in my wife's and she ended up on mine. And there's no way to switch. Bad design.
Convoluted, confusing and plain obnoxious
Getting to a point where you have an actual ticket is just plain convoluted. Why do I have to take a selfie for a ticket?
Why not just generate the barcode and provide a simple option to add to passbook (yes - I know it is an option that is buried somewhere in the process).
Make it simple! I want to delete this app from my phone but I don't want to lose the tickets we paid good money for!

Broken
I set up an account online - in the process of buying tickets. (They made me complete re-enter all my purchase info!)
I wanted the "e-tickets" so I didn't have to print them out, but the email confirmation they sent had no PDF as described attached.
So I download/install the TicketLeap app, only to get a strange "No Organizations found" error when trying to sign in with the account just created. Can't TickLeap get any of it right?
