    It’s very encouraging to be able to look at how long you have made it with out a cigarette and how much $ you have saved. Time passes quickly I used the money saved total to justify buying camping gear 😁
  • Fantastic

    This has helped me so much. I’m 12 days no smoking after 25+ years. It helps seeing how much $$ saved and it’s like a good friend encouraging me to keep it up by seeing the health progress. I’m thankful for this app

    Since me and hubbie stopped. We have saved over 50k. Nicely paid for our new 30k kitchen. Now have Covid 19 and SO GRATEFUL I don’t smoke. This app was an absolute god send.

    I can’t believe I have been a non-smoker for almost 13 years already.!!! I was a 5 pack a day camel wide smoker.!!! The health benefits this app has kept me up on as well as the time frame has been a complete mind blower.!!!
    Grateful everyday for making the best decision to quit smoking and then another fantastic decision to watch my progress through this app.!!!

  • Love this app!

    I love looking at my progress that I have made since I’ve quit smoking. When I see certain things that I have accomplished it makes me very proud that I am now a non-smoker and am a healthier person because of it. Totally recommend!
  • Great tool to stay motivated!

    This app has helped me stay on track to not smoke, and not just because it tells me how long since my last smoke. It also tells me the health benefits I've accomplished, and how long to reach the next achievements and what it means for my health. Knowing how many cigarettes I HAVEN’T smoke and how much money I’ve saved (per pack) is adding up quick! If you’re serious about quitting, this app will help keep you motivated and on track.

  • Quit it!!

    I LOVE this app... I have always wanted to quit and this app was more than helpful for me. I was able to see first hand how much healthier I was getting not to mention the amount of money saved since starting this. I recommend this app and also help people add this to their phone to track their own progress. This is the best app and if you are not using it, well that is your loss. Why wait? You have nothing to lose and everything to gain, your health first, and also pride for the self control you can actually track and share. Join the rest of us who use it, you will never regret it!!!

  • Almost to day 9

    I’ve been opening this app when smoking is stuck in my thoughts. It’s been a helpful habit change and thing to do as a first step.

    Also, finally put a glass straw to use with some cool water, smoothie, or whatever. That’s been step two for breaking my cycle.

    Whew, those first 3-4 days though...yikes. Take care and best wishes.

    Great little app, when you are feeling a bit weak it’s great to see how far you’ve come and it gives you the push to keep it going.
