Not happy
It seems as if the website is moving backward instead of forward. Up until recently, I could tell the check # and amounts that were in clearing as opposed to just an available balance that I see now. I have to go to the desktop version which kind of defeats the purpose of a mobile site. I also do not like the way debit card purchases move dates before they finally clear.Show lessDSJ77

Great app but...
The only reason I’m giving this a one star review is that you cannot log on using the iPhone X facial scan. This is annoying. You cannot even store your password. Please update!3281986
Great bank with a great app!
SouthernBank has been my bank for 30 years. The service is great with this app. You can pull up your account & do several things instead of calling or going to the bank. I am disabled now & cannot drive all the time so having the option to deposit checks has been great. I have not had any problems with any deposits that I have made. I was a little worried the first time I used the app for a deposit, however it gives you easy step by step instructions. Very easy to understand!Show lessHotchner13

We love this app. Being able to deposit checks on the go is wonderful. It also lets me see what I have spent, what’s next to come out. It also shows my spendable balance. It is a great service for banking. When you just can’t make it by the bank!

No problems with app
I have no problems with the app. It has a short long in time which can be annoying when I am paying bills, which I do all at one time and usually have to log in three times. Short log in time could be considered a good safety feature. Other than that no problems. 👍Tablerock User
Great for Banking on the Go
I use this app for basically all my banking needs. I make transfers, check my transactions, and generally just keep tabs on my accounts with it. I’m not always able to log on to the website conveniently so this app is great!Bad_Wolf242
