Great mostly
I use this app every day to keep track of my incoming deposits. I love how easy it is. Today, however, the app keeps shutting off as soon as I try to sign in.
Frustrated
I used this App everyday for a year with my iPhone X now it crashes every time I open. I am building a house and I really need my app. I have shut my phone off etc but since the last update will not work
Face ID went away with IOS13
The new iPhone 11pro and the new update has removed the face ID. The Touch ID is there but that doesnβt do you any good by there is no touch button on the iPhone anymore. Please fix fast! Long secure passwords are a pain to type in over and over. And you canβt save this password in the iPhone password key keeper.

Bill pay
I had such a hard time setting up bill pay to transfer money from this account to another account at a different bank. So Iβm having to write a check and deposit it into this other account. Very very frustrating. Not to mention the wait time for the funds to become available. The app and the website are not compatible. As I was trying to set up bill pay on the app I was told I needed to go to the website and do it. Still had problems.

Easy App
I really enjoy the ease of Southern Bankβs app. I would recommend this Bank to anyone who enjoys good customer service and awesome accounts. Their mobile app is so easy to use and love the convenience of touch screen access.

Easy to use, literally have not had a single problem since I started using it! Makes my life so much easier! If you bank with Southern, you need to have the app!
Mobile banking
There was an error on mobile deposit in that I entered one account number on back of check and submitted online to different account. The error was not caught by software program. I was told that I was sent an email but no follow up by the bank. I feel this is a serious problem for anyone using mobile banking. This also happened with a previous mobile deposit but was problem with bank not mine. This
