Have used this app to buy tourist eSIMs. The identity verification process never works first time and can take multiple times, often crashing in the process. When it failed, it gave a generic “Technical Problem” error message.

Over promises and under delivers
So much emphasis on how you can do things for yourself but when you try to do so it consistently fails. For example over 10 attempts to renew a subscription and all failed so I had to phone. The AI was useless in assisting as it can only cope with super simple enquiries which is not good for a tech company. My advice is just phone them, they have reduced the shops and you need an appointment so just phone your enquiry in don’t bother with the app

Your new app is useless. Something as simple checking my account status or adding international roaming is now completely swallowed by your unending pile of advertisements.
Unable to open the app
This is probably one of the worst app i have come across. One can’t even open the app at all. The loading symbol keep rotating without any progress. I have tried it on different network, different device. A disappointment.

The app and the human staff in real store both asked me to top up without telling me the top up will not extend the validity of my traveler's eSim plan which will only last for 14 days! All my top up value $6+$16+$10 were wasted!!!
Nothing happens
Downloaded to purchase eSim but nothing happens when opening the app. Don’t waste your time.
Spam machine
This app appears to be entirely dedicated to spamming users with ads for garbage products and additional services. As a broadband customer, I have been unable, after much searching, to find any part of the app that allows me to view my billing invoices or account balance. What a joke.
Unstable and Frustrating to use
After I updated the App, it became very unstable. Almost all the links are not working, kept prompting refresh message and not loading. I cannot see my bill, cannot see my dashboard, cannot see rewards. Frustrating.
