Very slow after update
This app used to be great back when it had a simple interface. However, after the name change and constant interface updates, it's become really slow and is no longer a joy to use.Metz217
Needs a Child Toggle
Decent enough app, but it seriously needs a setting where you can turn off the kids suggestions. Constantly bombarded with apps to learn to count to ten or some such nonsense. Please give us the option to stop these.Sleazy-Rider
Apps gone free section doesn't mean it's all free
I downloaded this app primarily to see what paid apps are currently free in the App Store. Well, there's a catch. While there may be a few that are actually free (including the features in the app), it turns out that most of the apps being offered for free, have now moved to an in app purchase structure. So basically, the app has become more like a freemium app and you must do in app purchases to unlock all the features. FAR FROM BEING FREE. I wish this app actually described what is actually free versus which are free, but must pay to unlock all its features. I feel like I have been mislead. Wish the app folks for this were more upfront and honest about it.Show lessJordanlc33

I'm using this app on an iPad. Don't know whether this has any significance but when I go to ask a question I cannot access my email address box (a required field) because the screen will not hold a down screen scroll so totally useless. Also many apps are listed as free but when I get to the App Store they are, in fact full price or twice the price crossed out in the app. Getting fed up with this and looks like I'm not the only one. It’s Back!
This was probably one of the first 10 apps I installed on my *new 4th gen ipod touch (back then this app was called “Apps Gone Free”). It’s essential and so handy for finding those apps you never even knew about, but totally need. Find an awesome game to get addicted to and grab that new app for tweaking your photos - all for free. Awesome app to guide you to the right choices
I’ve been using this for a good number of years now and I can honestly say a high proportion of my favourite apps were suggested by it. The GUI continues to improve and the latest one is amazing. It’s a must have choice in my book.Bossman1959
Change of mind
I have had this app for several years and enjoyed it. However I feel that it has deteriorated a great deal as the quality of apps it offers are just apps for very young children. AppZappro offers a greater selection of better apps. I rarely check Appsgone free now due to the few worthwhile apps on offer.Show lessIvan uk
Best App EVER!
Imagine every day being given new recommended apps to try for free. Seriously, whoever is picking these seems to know exactly what I need and like and my criteria for a good app. Sometimes those apps cost anywhere between 99 cents and 15 bucks when they are at full price. I have found some wonderful treasures here over the years including Monument Valley, which I love. I have found games, cookbooks, relaxation, sleep, wake, family organization apps that I use every day. So checkin every day and don't forget to check the dates you missed. Some expire in hours but some will be free for a month. Enjoy!Show lessredhedoo7
Great tool!
Have used this app for years and have found some great free apps along the way. The only gripe I would have is that occasionally the linked apps don't actually turn out to be free (possibly due to my location).
