Seems to work. The female voice guiding the meditation is very relaxing. Listened many times to the chakra healing mediation, spiritual transformation meditation etc as well as this one by the same company. All I can honestly say is that I am asleep every time before the end of the meditation. Whether or not the actual results are achieved is down to the user.

Great App slight glitch
I love this App. I've recently been having trouble sleeping and wanted to get more into meditation. This was the perfect App. Helps me to stop my mind from wandering every time. 5 stars!SlimShanD
Not her best work
She has several apps and this one is annoying. I like the concept but she needs to redo this. She sounds unsure and doubtful and after a continuous stream of that it is hard to be in a meditative state. I like some of her other apps which is why I bought this one. Now let me explain that. There are a few apps by this developer and they're great! Inside each one is a store where you can go and buy more hypnosis programs. This option is wonderful because I'd rather have as few app icons as possible. However, if you buy a program in one, we'll call it a parent app, and you have another parent app, the purchase isn't available in it unless you buy it again. If the developers would change that one aspect, these would be the perfect meditation and hypnosis apps and I'd have all my friends using it!Show lessH.A.Flores
