This app is terrific to use at bed time. It helps me to fall asleep each night. I have been using it for about two weeks. It does have a setting that would allow the user to be awake after use. So far, it has not worked for me. So, if that bug were fixed then I would rate the app. Five stars.Jane 888
Made a huge difference
Like a lot of people I thought this app would be a joke but this is not true at all. This app has change my life for the better I'm so much more assertive, outgoing and knowledgable that I've brought a lot more of the subjects. You must try this out and after a week you'll notice a massive difference.Show lessBowker93

Great for falling asleep. Unfortunately it only plays one at a time. I think it should cycle through all that I've bought (I like it so much I've bought 13 of them). So once it does ill give a 5 star.Matt & Melissa

The accent and tone of her voice are initially distracting, but somewhere along the way I found myself drawn to it. It stays with me during the day and, lately, I've been feeling tendencies to follow my intuition more than normal. Brilliant!
This is the best meditation app I have found for free because her voice is just so relaxing. I listen to them before I sleep and quite often I am asleep before the end.
