At first it took me a little while to get acclimated to the woman's voice, but now she is a wonderful guide who has been extremely helpful. I agree with another reviewer that it would be helpful to have a setting for choosing two or more sessions that you have purchased (I have 5). I definitely recommend this app!Show lessartistjsudler

Fantastic relax!
I've only listened to it a couple of times but, I get very relaxed. I would have given it 5 out of 5 stars but, it sort of has a no ending/weird ending. One minute you are listening to her telling u about ur intuition & then all of a sudden it's started over. I've stayed awake through both listenings & just find that part oddShow lessChey77

I use this app when I go to bed. I'm certainly not conscious any changes when I wake, but throughout the day I feel more inclined to make better choices. This has helped me a ton with my diet. 5 stars for a great mental tool!S.Dawgg

At first I used it to help me fall asleep, which it did flawlessly each time I'd use it with headphones.
Last night, I was really awake, and I needed to fall asleep quickly so I used the app to do so. I stayed awake through the entire track, I didn't fall asleep mid way as I normally would. Although I was lucid, I was in this weird, but utterly pleasant dreamlike state. Relaxed, and calm. The intense stress that kept me awake was totally gone.
I never left a review this long for an app, but this one deserves it. The design will maybe put you off when you download it, but rest assured that this is one really effective app. Give it a chance, it really works.Show lessSrlle
