absolutely brilliant!

great app. works everytime. she takes enough time to let you do things you've been asked to do. for example, take a deep breath - then exhale. actually allows you time to do this. great other functions to tailor for what you need. love it and highly recommend it for anyone stressed!!! well done & thanks :)

Rapid Relaxation

Perfect! Even for nights that you feel you may have difficulty settling down, the next morning, you find that you had fallen asleep in the middle of the meditation. Works wonderfully!

Great app

Really great App! I went from having terrible sleeps to being able to sleep through the entire night and feel rested when waking. I highly recommend these apps for anyone having trouble sleeping!

Soso

This app is pricier than most of its kind and the woman's voice is a bit annoying to me. Not sure why some people who do guided meditations feel like they have to change their voice to some unnatural pitch. This speaker seems to do it. Might not bother some people but didn't work for me.

Good app

I tend to wake up in the middle of the night and have a hard time falling back to sleep. This app has helped me many times when this has happened.

Fast asleep

This app get me every time. I have been having trouble sleeping for the past six months and this just puts me right to sleep. Thank you for this app Rachael!

Great sleep!!!

I used this app last night. I haven't relaxed and slept so well in YEARS!!! I didn't think it would work so well the very first night, and I didn't even use earphones. I am sooo glad I purchased this app! Thank you for creating it.

Works

I use the thing and have purchased a few of them.

It simply works

I have used this app a while and I find that I go to sleep easier and have a more relaxed sleep. Rachael has a very nice speaking voice which in itself helps you to relax.

Adequate

It does the job but definately overpriced. It's not a very good guided imagery audio. The narrator takes you down steps that lead no where. 10 steps to nowhere and then 3 steps to nowhere and then after awhile it's bothersome because you start to realize the in-congruencies which is not very relaxing.
