Put very sexy images on there and make it better. More naked images on them.
Daylight robbery
Signing up to free trial left me accidentally tied in to an very expensive monthly subscription that I hardly used but had to pay 50% of the remaining cost for the year to cancel. I struggled to find images I wanted to download. There were one or two, but I had to plough through lots of substandard and unsuitable images to find additional images I liked, which took up a lot of time. AVOID!!! unless you’re clear what you’re signing up for.

Be ware
Once you attach your credit card to this account you will not be able to remove it. I called their help and they said I can’t do that and the only option is to replace it with another one. They will charge every time you accidentally click on picture without asking you to confirm. I was charged $50 two times without my planning to purchase and authorizing it. Please find a safer site to purchase pictures. I have deleted my account and moved on.

My wife wanted to download some images, but our experience with Shutterstock was highly disappointing. The website was difficult to navigate, making it a frustrating process to find the desired images. The prices for images were exorbitant, and none of the prices were obviously signposted during her sign-up process, leading to unexpected costs. Additionally, we were not offered any cheaper alternatives.
When we decided to cancel our subscription, we were hit with even more unpleasant surprises. We were required to pay for six months of service, despite not wanting to use it for that duration. Additionally, there was a $25 cancellation fee just to terminate the subscription.
Overall, I do not recommend Shutterstock. Their business practices seem unfair, and our experience has been far from satisfactory.

Hate the subscription
I saw the promotion thing that popped up months ago and It didn’t say it was a annual contract and because of that I would be stuck paying it for the year because you can’t cancel unless you go on the website and and pay to cancel and be charged for each month left in the plan
APP Doesn’t Work on the IPhone
Disappointing, told their support team that the App is not working on the new IPhone, as I mainly work from my mobile. Told me it will eventually be updated. Still no solution, still not working on the new iPhone. So, I am forced to sit at my computer and navigate the site. Also, though I purchase the HR photos, they are still not that clear when enlarged. Shutterstock used to be great. I think it’s time for me to depart from Shutterstock.

Doesn’t work?!
What an utter waste of space of an app. Can’t access the AI Image Generator like you can on the site. Can’t do much else either. Can browse suggested images and that’s it. Can’t find anything with my search criteria, can’t even see pricing plans!! Is this app abandoned or something?

Does not work most of the times
Started really well but like other reviewers here stated the app usually logs of from the account might take 1 month might take 3 ,password resets etc etc ,app becoming too clumsy ,deleted as too much of an headache to bother myself
Great options, could use some flexibility
Been using Shutterstock for a few years for my business and I’ve really liked the selections overall. Finding the correct key words for the right photo can be a bit tricky but that’s probably not their fault as the photographers and searchers alike have to have the sane understanding and definitions in mind. I would like to see a bit more flexibility in subscription plans as I would forget to use my downloads for a month or two and just lose out. It would be awesome if they, or at least some could roll over to the next month. I’d say over the last couple years I paid double or triple by forgetting to download…which I get is on me, just would be cool if I could have used some anyways. Overall, good deal. I used the 10 monthly downloads plan.
