Please clarify the following: 1. What does a search query look like? 2. Which search method is used: voice or text? 3. What scale is selected for the search? It would be great if you could show the whole process on video or screenshots. Information can be sent via Menu → Contact us.

Doesn't have many addresses

It doesn't have most addresses I look up, so it's completely useless. It seems to only have addresses for big cities. Also, the button to add an address doesn't work.

Please show the issue with the button for adding new addresses in a video and send it to us via Menu → Contact us. In your message, please specify what city lacks addresses.

Regrettably, it's a no from me. My extensive travel requires reliable navigation, and I encountered issues with multiple address searches that your application couldn't resolve. In contrast, Google Maps effectively found all the locations without delay. It appears that your system may need further refinement in this area. To avoid being overly critical, I awarded you a fair rating of 3 stars. Thank you the offer.

Missing US Addresses and Several Known Streets/Roads and POI

I downloaded it and quickly found out my neighborhood is not on the map even though the area has been developed for more than 10 years. Seems like this nav app is best for European travel and not US.

To help us figure things out faster, please send us the exact coordinates of the object or a point on the map. You can get the coordinates in this way: 1. Click and hold the desired point on the card. 2. Click on the coordinates at the top of the card to copy them. If the object is not marked on the map, a satellite image will help you get oriented.

Maps are lacking

The map doesn’t have my home location and won’t accept it when I type it in. House has been on this street for almost 20 years. Don’t understand how that can even happen today.

Terrible gps

It takes about one hour and fifteen minutes to get to Toledo from Marion. This app wanted to route me the 2:45 route. Thankfully I knew better, deleting immediately.

Could you please clarify: any specific roads missing on the map or is it a different issue? Please specify the points between which you built the route.

Мы стараемся размещать рекламу так, чтобы она не отвлекала от дороги. Рекламные баннеры появляются только при нулевой скорости. Расскажите, пожалуйста, когда баннер помешал? Подумаем, что можно улучшить.
