  • DO NOT BUY

    App crashes on load. Scam.
  • I want a refund

    This app is broken
  • A few problems

Hi, I don’t really know who to go to, to tell his but the app always glitches and I re-got the app and tried again and it still didn’t work. The app glitches when you press on one of the buttons like say for instance customise or the calendar, it will shut you out of the app.
  • Bugs out

Can’t use it - it shuts off the minute a tap on it when it loads.
  • Kicked out of app repeatedly

    Poor performance
  • Do not buy

This app is no longer valid or worth buying. Apple really should consider removing it. I tried emailing the creators for support today as I’m using the app on the newest iOS and there are issues. But the email got pinged back as it does not exist any longer. Looking at the app information, it has not been updated in 4 yeara. I have used this app for many years now and only just started having issues, not realizing it wasn’t getting any updates. I’m urging people to not buy this, look elsewhere for more modern and current apps that are receiving updates with creators who are actively involved in maintaining their apps. Apple please remove this from your App Store.

  • Not fit for purpose

This app continually crashes and the odd time I was able to get into the DBT reference there were no skills listed. I would not recommend buying.

Uninstalling and reinstalling does not work. Apple won’t refund the purchase price
  • Faulty app - do not buy

App completely crashes when clicking on the date or customisation. Coaching and DBT Reference are both completely empty.

This app needs removing from the App Store, it is completely unusable.
  • Contacts glitch

This app used to work awesome on my previous phone. However, I’m noticing a glitch in trying to add emergency contacts. When I go into settings to add them, it calls them instead, and will not add the contacts in. I’m not able to call people through my 911 skills, which takes away that feature for me. Hopefully this can be fixed because I love the app otherwise!

  • I love this app!

I’ve been using this app on my iPhone since January, at the recommendation of my therapist. I love how detailed it is and the explanations of the different skills and targets. It’s very helpful when I’m not sure if and what skill I used. I especially like the notes section, which has now replaced my journal (which I only used sporadically).

I really like that I can send a weekly log to my therapist and we can talk about whatever issues came up for me during the previous week. I used to forget sometimes a particular negative thought or urge, but now it’s all there in the diary card for us to discuss.

Even though I’ve finished my year-long DBT class, I’m reminded daily to use the skills I learned and to reacquaint myself with ones I’ve forgotten.
