Okay, but has obvious deficits
-The push notifications are atrociously categorized and not well established.
-You cannot save a message as a draft under the inbox tab. You cannot even minimize the draft or review the message sent to you previously without closing the whole thing.
-You cannot hide or remove old courses or random things, which ultimately ends up spamming your current courses on the dashboard. I recommend color coding them to make it easier, but you will still have to scroll. I know canvas will just say itβs your schools fault for not removing them. But there is no reason you canβt βpinβ a class to the top for quick access. Plus, why as a supposedly user-friendly app, is it so limiting for the student to make any sort of accessibility modification? ββ Update DEC 2024 ββ These reviews are kind of pointless as we have to use this system regardless, so as long as teachers are required to use them, so are we as students. The new update is atrocious and it is frustrating to relearn the flow. The flow however, seems very poorly designed and difficult to navigate and does not seem fluid at all.
App force quitting
Not working
Not easy to use
Great dating app!
Also very convenient that you can also submit homework and stuff on here too. Cool feature, but Iβm not really sure why itβs necessary for that sort of integration.
Good app but canβt multitask

Requesting new simple feature
I am writing this to request a new feature for Canvas.
Most of the time lecturers put down a list of weekly Tasks on Canvas.
And was wondering if it can be changed to have a tick box that student then can tick or untick just for themselves
I had to copy and paste every single list of task from different courses each week from Canvas (web or the app) onto my Task manager such as Apple Reminders App.
It would be nice to just have that tick boxes built in on Canvas for student to use
the idea is that Lecturers will write down the tasks that they think should be done
And then students can see them and use tick boxes inside Canvas directly to mark if an item has been completed, students wont be able to create new tasks on their own
Thank you,
Dan
