Great, absolutely great unless something goes wrong and then, apart from form letter replies that often have nothing to do with the problem it is extremely hard to get anything done. There’s no telephone number, obviously by design so you rely upon their internal messaging system. I had a problem where most of an order was returned to them, due to a problem with the post office. I had purchased it with OurPay and instead of voiding the sale, it still sits there, 4 years later as an incomplete sale with some $20 unpaid, which I refuse to pay because I haven’t received the goods. Not to mention the 2 payments already made.
Apart from that, they’re great but don’t order anything delicate… that’s a whole new can of worms!

Bummer
I love shopping at Ozsale, but on 2 occassions my order has been cancelled because there was insufficient stock. This is not my problem & i feel that as a 10 year buyer, that loyalty should cut both ways & my purchase shouldn’t have been the one cancelled. It is also a pity that the old system: if you make a purchase, the following purchase has free postage as long as it is within an hour of the first purchase. Regarding postage costs etc, i know i can often buy the same thing in the shops & so i dont purchase from Ozsale as often as I used to. Please consider these points in order 2 hold onto ur clients.

Love the app, don’t love the false original prices on some items
I love the app, however, I do not like that the original prices on many of the items are very wrong. If you are not careful you can end up paying a lot more than you would if you bought it somewhere else thinking you got a good deal because the original price that is listed is much higher than it actually is. Eg. $200 marked down to $120 but you can buy it full priced for $90 at other stores.
I still love the app and there are a lot of good deals but it is annoying having to check pricing for every item to make sure it isn’t a rip off.

Mostly great but left disappointed
Have used Ozsale for many years. They started off with excellent quality products but over the past couple of years have be left very disappointed. The sizing is often way out, especially those coming from China so I don’t purchase any clothing coming from there. Shoes are another problem with the sizes often only stating a number and not whether it’s US or UK and worse doesn’t say if it’s MENS or Womens sizing. Product such as sheets and bed covers often state cotton but then arrive and are polyester. I order what looked like a beautiful cotton lace two piece set for my daughter only to arrive as what I could describe as Grandmas kitchen curtains. Honestly it was shameful. Also received what was advertised as authentic Beats headphones but were terrible. Turned out not to be authentic, but Ozsale recalled with full refund. Great App but be aware you may be up for returns.

Terrible Customer Service
Ordered an item two weeks ago, they updated the status to saying it was going to be packed on the 31st of March. When I asked why it hadn’t been sent yet I got a generic message saying their staff were working hard on it. Fast forward to 11 days after I ordered and they told me there was no stock. I could cancel or get another type. They told me I had to reply ASAP and I told them to cancel. They replied with something about would have to forward this request to another department and that was the last I heard from them two days ago, order still isn’t cancelled. If they had simply set the expectations right from the get go this experience could have been significantly easier. Won’t be ordering from again.

App used to be great - Now no connection :(
Over the years I’ve picked up a few great buys from the Oz Sale app. However, a month ago I tried to use app and it didn’t load but instead just says “no internet connection” on a red background at the bottom of the screen. It always does this even when there is a perfectly working internet connection. All other apps find the internet without issue. So I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it and same issue.
When it works again I’ll happily edit my review to a five star and will elaborate on a few things I like about the app including their great selection of well known brand clearance sales. I’m using an iPhone 11 Pro running latest public release iOS 13.3.1

Great overall but still room for improvement
I’ve been using Ozsale for as long as I can remember. Large range of products and great sales is a positive. Communication in general is satisfactory as they always try to resolve problem within a few days.
There has been cancellations of stocks which I’m fine with. My biggest disappointment would be packing of fragile products. Ozsale needs to check it before sending out items to ensure customer satisfaction and goods won’t be damaged and returned.
Will continue to buy and use app though!!

Long time user
I’ve purchased of the site for a couple of years now and only had a couple of issues but if you contact them straight away it usually gets fixed pretty quick.
The app is pretty good and it’s good to see they have added a favourites button.
One problem I am having is that I am not getting notifications when items I’ve purchased are out of stock and only find out when I get a random refund in the bank, this needs to be fixed.
You can get good bargains and great if you want to do birthday or Christmas shopping from home instead of fighting the crowds, just remember to get it done early so you have time for delivery.

Loyal customers- only just
After routinely shopping on Ozsale for the past 8 years and recommending the service to friends and family, our experiences this year, 2019, have left us feeling less than satisfied. While the range of goods on offer has grown exponentially, sadly the quality of some of the products and the delivery times have been lacking. Too many times we have had to return clothing items where the sizing has been blatantly incorrect, particularly with shoes. Three times this year orders have ended up being cancelled after stock just never came in, and on one major purchase we had to seriously complain about damaged stock being sent. Communication with Ozsale is tediously slow as there is only a message board page on the app. Overall, we will continue to support the company but hope to see improvements in future.
