Terrible Customer Service!
I shop here like 2-3 times a week, spent lots of money but my experience will never get better. Too late to reply enquiries plus delivery takes ages to deliver and advertised 3-7 days. If you are buying something that is very important like a present, don’t buy here coz they’ll let you down plus they’ll reply to you after your item has been delivered and you’re already stressed of waiting. I don’t recommend. I used to love this but service is terrible. I would give 0 star if I could.
Ourpay was great until they want you to pay everything on your first payment and $1 for the last 3 payments. It’s been a worst buying moments lately. After buying all Christmas presents this year won’t shop here anymore!

I love Ozsale and shop on here multiple times a year. I’ve never had any issues with the app. Everything is updated very quickly. A few issues here and there with shopping with regards to some quality of items, sizing or delayed shipping. Somethings are hard to get right when they are dealing with multiple suppliers, and countries for shipping. Sometimes you pay for what you get. Overall I’ve not had many issues and if I have Ozsale has always handled all issues adequately.

Ozsale provides a collection of different sale items from hundreds of stores and suppliers. The return policies are well enforced because they always make sure that transactions are fair and goods are delivered to the assigned addresses. So, I never fear making expensive purchases. Moreover, they ensure confidentiality and keep your personal details such as your bank details absolutely safe. I have been registered on Ozsale for couple of years now and I have never experienced any fraud. I would totally recommend this online shopping platform.

Inadequate mobile phone app.
Attempting to shop on an iPhone is problematic for several reasons. The photo’s of the goods for sale cannot be simply enlarged as per the usual stretching the pic with fingers on screen. Instead users have to inconveniently click on the item then have to manually return from the page. There are so many items it’s just too time consuming.
It’s also too difficult to select the criteria search eg items in order of price & know and doesn’t indicate if the selection has been successful.
I’ve also had somebody else’s order dropped st my home and due to a poor response from Ozsale I drove it to the address on the package and dropped it off.
On another occasion an order of mine failed to arrive and Ozsale refused to acknowledge same as they believed it was delivered and refused to follow it up.
On another occasion I purchased 5 Manderina Duck bags and only 3 arrived.
They refused to admit the order was incomplete.
Very poor customer service.

Incompetence
OMG the WORST experience of online shopping I have ever experienced 2 months later still missing package not delivered !!! No one has a clue about what is going on I had to personally ring the freight company and decipher the message from ozsale to which package I was missing lodge an equity follow it multiple times then ozsale contacted me saying we have a n enquire with the freight company which I lodged 🤷🏽♂️ please be warned useless absolutely useless and I was able to get the company phone number of the courier company that they had on file and when contacted them it “rang” but no one ever answered tried 7 times once a day but it’s just a phone that rings with no one on the other end. Had the app since first order deleting it right now !!!!!!!!!!

Happy with Oz sale
There are some on line sale that I tried but I did not do it again because they are not giving the right description of their product. always a wrong sizes and the product quality is poor. Very different of what they shown on pictures. But with Oz sales, I am happy even sometimes they are delayed in their delivery time but their contact person is very consistent in answering your inquiry. The quality of their products is 100% acceptable. I recommended Oz Sale to my family and friends.

Always bag a great bargain. Just haveto spend time researching your size as the size charts don’t make any sense. For me the bargains far outweigh any hassles. Sometimes you are waiting for a product and it will become unavailable whoch can be heartbreaking if you gave your heart set on what you purchase but now i just keep that in the back of my head when ordering. Customer service respond well through the app, usually within a day and i feel like that is due ti time zone differences. All in alla great collection of product sales

Be cautious with expectations
Extremely slow postage, so allow 6-8 weeks when ordering. Understandable given the structure of sales, but something to be wary of.
Non existent customer service with enquirers. Have sent 3 messages over a week and no acknowledgement- will be filing a dispute with PayPal (should never have to come to this!). That also will not believe you if you file a returns for faulty items. Purchased from jewellery sale and item arrived cracked through metal, they refused to even deal with me despite obvious visible flaws that were sent through with claim.
Saying that, I have had many good experiences. Just need to be flexible with time expectations and only buy known brands for quality.

Never had a problem
You can never get something 100% perfect. Obviously someone eventually will have a problem with a company. But my personal experience from Oz Sale has always been great. My questions and messages are always answered. Any problems regarding returns or refund always solved. Fingers cross I’ll never have a problem dealing with them as I often buy from Oz Sale and have been doing so the last 4 years

Decent products and sales but shocking customer service
Have been shopping on Ozsale for a long time. Aware of the benefits of the site and also the pitfalls to their business model and customer service approaches from a customer perspective. Can strike some good deals and you have to do your homework for sizing. Extremely inflexible model around returns, delivery and exchanges which makes it expensive, slow and frustrating for a customer. Their customer service department is an absolute joke, the worst I have dealt with. Copy and paste responses, slow replies and often not answering the query you have. Overall, just be aware what you have have to put up with to get some of their good deals and products.
