Expect to pay
Great if your item fits perfectly or is a genuine product, because if not you’ll be out of pocket and forced to use your money as a store credit (minus shipping costs). Their business model is restrictive for buyers-You can’t exchange an item, cannot get a refund unless the item is faulty/damaged. If you need to return an item you are given a credit note minus shipping costs. You’ll pay twice just to try something on.
I paid $16 just to try on shoes and will again have to pay an additional $9 shipping to use the store credit. All up my next purchase will cost me $25 in shipping (if I don’t return it again!) Ridiculous! Have noticed a few items are cheaper if you look elsewhere, but beware of their beats by Dre because they’re knock offs.

I wrote to you once today about sizes. XL, XXL, what they MEAN. Well, as a 114 in the US, I bought a 116 suit jacket from you. I paid via Paypal. Then, after I confirmed, your site wanted an address. Obviously an AUSTRAILIAN address. There is nothing on any of your sites about you only sending purchases to Australians. I managed to get my complete address onto the line for "Suburb", (which was a tip off. I live in Manhattan. Manhattan as no suburbs). If indeed you don't ship to the US, I will expect you to: A) Refund my money at Payal (my email address there is different than the one I used when I registered t your site, and: B) you'll PUT IT ON YOUR AP PAGE THAT YOU ONLY SEND PURCHASES WITHIN AUSTRAILIA AND SAVE PEOPLE LIKE ME A LOST HOUR OF TIME. Oh, and C) One can't send you a message from within the site. A GLITCH. You select a category of message and it turns into and endless loop of arrows that never lead to BEING ABLE TO SEND ANYTHING. If indeed you are merely an Ozzie site... Shame. You might want o mention it.
