The most basic app and not in a good way. Needs more helpful features!!
In times like these we need more structured financial aid and if you can provide that to your customers free of change, that’s a massive incentive to stay with you - if not, it’s a big reason to leave/not choose you. Word of mouth is the most powerful advertising tool.

Can we update the token to digital rather then a physical fob?
This would save so much time and be more efficient if you could confirm your token combination through an automated SMS so you can pay your new contact right there and then without having to grab out a manual token toggle and enter a combination just to add them and confirm them.
Looking forward to your response about this idea and if it will be a possible update to the banking app.

Hi C.Law92. Thanks for getting in touch with us. We definitely appreciate your feedback and suggestions which we'll pass onto our app development team. We do have a free e-token that you can download from your app store by searching VIP Access. Once you've downloaded the app, you'll just need to give our customer service team a call on 1300 236 344 to link it to your account. The VIP access token works the same way as the token toggle, removing the need to carry the physical token with you. ^Ally
