The volume when playing messages is low other than that a great tool to use
Good Program, but have a suggestion
I love eDispatches, I also love the Call Log feature on the website. I really wish they could implement a Call Log feature on the mobile app, which would notify you when a page occurred for a certain department, without having to be subscribed or added to a specific agency. I would consider my self as an “enthusiast” and it would be nice to be notified of pages, on my phone, such as on the PulsePoint application. I would definitely leave a 5 star review then.

Love the app don’t get me wrong but an on-scene option needs to be generated in the app so departments know when a unit is on scene
Incident loading issue
Poor app. When reloading page to update incidents app frequently freezes. Also not sure if it’s the app or the dispatch agency but incidents aren’t loading up. I don’t recommend until they fix the issue.
Great App!!
Everything about it is awesome and easy to use! I wish it had the automatic play of the page on iPhone.
New update suggestion
I am liking new features with the new update. I would request that with the alert function, instead of giving “xxx minutes ago” please just give the time of the dispatch. When I’m writing multiple reports, the last thing I want to do is figure out the time of the dispatch. I could care less how long ago it was, I just need the time! That is the only thing I miss about the previous version.

Forced an update in the middle of a 911 call
We were in the middle of receiving a 911 call for a possible drowning and it kicked us out of the software to perform a 10 minute update of the program
Edispatch and battery life
Since downloading this app on my phone, I can watch as the battery is drawn down. As this is how I get my Firedept dispatch and my phone is a new iphone this gets to be a problem

I just wish you guys wouldInclude and support Apple Watch able to listen to it on the go without grabbing your phone.
