  • Like seeing the gains

    Well written app that's keeping me on track. 4 weeks in and I'm seeing gains. At 51 years it may be to short of a time period to get to 50 in only 6 weeks. I'll likely just back up to mid-schedule and keep at it.
  • Not bad but reminders doesn't trigger often

    I love the UI of this app and the well thought out process of how this flows but even when selecting the reminders or toggling them it often does not give notification. But I give it 4 stars for everything else.

    I have done the program now twice and my max is about 65 push-ups. I started from 20. That should give a more realistic understanding of how quickly you can progress. Although I do understand some people probably will be able to progress faster.
  • Pretty dope.

    I'm in week 5. I started not being able to do 3 perfect push ups. I even let my arms rest 4-5 days between days in the first 2 weeks, and I've lost weight with dieting and jump rope and this I feel muscle under my arms. I like doing push ups with this app now.
  • Nice App to keep you disciplined

    Without this app I probably would not have taken the challenge since life gets in the way. So it's good to have something to remind me to do push-ups with an end goal. I think it's worth it.

    Hey I just downloaded this app I did a ill bit of searching and this one was The one .. My current weight is 220 pounds .. I'm out of shape I'm not a model or a actor at all .. I'm sticking to the app and I'll keep u guys updated ..
  • Easy to set up and follow

    Simple, straightforward, easy to set up, easy to follow. Choose your fitness level, modify times/reps as needed, set reminders, and get going. All you have to do is show up.

    Thanks a lot for this app. I used it for pushups for couple of weeks but I got injured and I couldnt do them anymore. So I use the same program for bar Pull-ups and Chin-ups. I repeat the same day untill I get stronger. So..now Im at week 3 day 1...that's 50 pull-ups and chin-ups in 10 min :D
  • Like it but...

    This app has got a lot going for it but I did not give it a 5 because of 2 reasons. 1- I don't feel it gives enough flexibility for someone with intermediate skills. I can do 50-60 push-ups at once so week 1/3 is too easy but weeks 4/5 are too hard because I skipped the first 3 weeks and did not build up the stamina to do 7 sets. 2nd reason is the fonts are way too small for the number of reps, wearing readers while working out kind of a pain. Ok 3 reasons- time to do reps is off. 45-90 secs for 15 reps is too much and although you can change it, it's time consuming. The app should give you 1-1.5 secs per push-up,that would be more realistic. Fix those 3 and it's a 5 in my book.

  • Simple and effective

    Great for increasing how many push-ups you can do and once you hit the 100 mark it allows you to change the set amount to do so you can double that and keep improving. Love the interface and its simplicity makes this and the other fitness apps by this developer (sit ups, squats, and pull-ups) my favorite work out apps on my phone
