    I love the app, I like that I can set the days to do push up and the alarm. I'm not complaining about different push ups. A push up is a push up so keep pushing.
  • Best app for grueling push-ups

    I've been using this app every other day since I downloaded it. Wow, I can now do 40 in less than one minute. I'm on week 2. Also, my muscles are showing good build and tone.
  • Stay with the free version!

    App seems fine but paid version really doesn't offer anything more than what the free version offers. It also doesn't scale the workouts according to your current ability. Just beginner, intermediate and advance - it's all the same, whether you are a beginner who can do 1 push-up or 10 push-ups at the start. It illustrates fairly aggressive progressions. Definitely look for the alternative, regressed push-up styles - the incline is most regressed but no tips on incline options.

  • Simple and effective

    3 weeks in and the app works great. Simple to use. Alerts when you have workouts. Voice prompts. Allows you to listen to music in the background.
  • Great programme, reminders need work

    I love the programme. It makes pushups so much less intimidating. My only wish is that the reminders would actually go off all three days. Currently they only actually sound/show up once a week and are easily missed. Minor issue now that pushups are habit, but it would have helped at first.

    A big push up for this app. Easy to you, no complicated and distracting features. This is the app to track and actually see the progress you make with push ups. Simply Great!

    This is a great, simple and cheap app. Well worth it to give you a track for which to become stronger. I have gone through the course once with struggle and have started again with better form and noticeable strength.
  • Awesome program!

    It's like having a personal coach. Love the timer to let you know how long to rest and how much time to complete a pushup set. First two weeks of the advanced workout started fairly easy for a fit guy as myself, but week 5 and 6 was a real challenge, but it sure was a good challenge that boosted results. My upper body strength has never been this good. Love the bar chart showing the progress. Wish they keep adding more beyond the advanced level to help me keep going, otherwise, I'm just going to repeat the advanced to maintain. Overall, this is an awesome program. I wish there were others like this for other workouts, like for abs. :)

  • Great app

    I've needed an app like this 4 a while. It does kind of just jump in2 the program without explanation, but it is pushups after all, not rocket science. Overall a great app.
