Impossible to use app for parking
This app is borderline useless. It is impossible to use to book parking, the screen glitches at the point of payment and you cannot tell if you have paid and booked or not. It has been like this for years and yet they still haven’t fixed it. Hello!! Is anyone listening?????

The only way this App passes is if the developer’s main aim was to waste as much of your time as they could get away with. I get the feeling that they sit there and monitor how many times users try to get a tick to stick. Laughing their heads while users desperately keep ticking away only to see their tick disappear again and again. 😂

Should be Embarrassed
This ap is without doubt the worst.
Not user friendly, continually crashes.
I reached out once because of the uselessness and they said “oh we cant do anything because its looked after in the UK”. whether thats true or not i dont know, But what i do know is you cant help someone if they wont help themselves.

Woeful experience
Practically impossible to use to book parking. Check boxes that can’t be checked, payment screens that vanish and return to the previous screen. I can’t understand how it’s possible to deliver such a poor experience in this digital age for something as simple as booking and paying for parking..
Useless
Couldn’t sign in to app for ages, finally get in there and cannot make a booking as you can’t select the tick boxes, because they disappear as soon as you put them in there!!! Such a pain - fix your app!
Needs a revamp
For a regular traveller for work this app is disgraceful. Jumps around, buttons don’t work. For someone on the go it’s inconvenient to have to go on a computer to book parking. Trying to give them money for parking and the app doesn’t respond and makes it impossible. Terribly inconvenient when you are in a hurry. Looking for alternative parking and maybe try again at a later date. Lift your game Melbourne Airport.

So bad
Impossible to use the app to book parking. Repeatedly jumps to the top of the screen as you enter data and it is really hard to scroll back down, as the page moves slightly sideways when you try. It is obviously not reactive to the phone size being used. The mandatory checkboxes do not let you check them and when I tried to create an account said my email was already in use, but I never receive a password reset email when requested. When I tried to use Facebook to login, told me that the app was not registered with FB and got an error that you can’t get back from, had to hard close the app and start again, losing everything I had entered. Gave up, booked online and deleted app.

Crashes continuously
This app is very poorly design. It crashes, can’t login and the user interface doesn’t work at all on an iPhone. It was just a guessing game to navigate through it!!

Doesn’t function
This app does not function properly when you are trying to book your airport parking. As other posters have said it jumps from screen to screen and you cannot complete your booking. Fail.
