Best option to tag videos
Adding the ID and tag before upload is the way to go and this app does s good job. Clean design and rarely crashes. It lacks obvious features like notifications for low battery and memory, an optional tone/visual from the phone when the camera is recording and, most importantly to me, an Apple Watch app that shows status and can turn the camera on and off.Show lessTank61911
Very useful app
My department is demoing the Taser body cams and I have been using this app for about 4 days now. It is very easy to use and does what you need it to do. I highly recommend it to anyone using a compatible body cam.woodjc011
Great but...
My agency is using this and I'm completely on board. While the camera itself is a little bigger it does the job beautifully. The app I'm not pleased with. When I am done recording I add the case number, tag and category. But when I upload the video the category is missing. I do a lot of videos and need that functionality. Get that fixed and I'll adjust my review. ThanksShow lessSbrosky1
Decent app
Decent companion app. I like being able to title videos with CAD numbers within the app, but it's lacking the ability to create cases and attach those. I'd also like to be able to flag videos, and perhaps add notes.bigW
More Features
New owner to the Taser body cam, and have been very pleased with its features. I wish the axon mobile app for the phone had more options, such as start and stop recording from your phone, deleting videos from your phone to clear memory, and sending videos via email from your phone. Just those three things alone would make a huge difference in how handy the app would be. Hopefully this is something that can happen down the road.Show lessKodie J
So-so
While the Evidence app earned 5 stars from me, Axon Mobile gets 4. It's a great idea and has many pros such as being able to tag a case number or video categories without needing to login at a desktop computer. While the ability to review video immediately is awesome, the video is too choppy to earn a higher rating.Show lessMBiegs
Decent, but needs work
Video playback on iPhone seems like it's running at 20 FPS as the videos are jumpy. When watching videos using sync on a computer, they are as smooth as can be.
Other issue is that my axon camera is completely empty.....but when paired to this app, it shows I have 260 minutes left in the upper right hand side of the screen. The axon is rated to last 12 hours with continuous buffering.
Anyone else's say that for minutes remaining? I'm hoping it is just a read error on the app, and not an issue with my axon.

Good idea but little functionality
Glad that I can see where my camera is pointing and review videos In the street prior to uploading them. However, I am unable to fast-forward or rewind the video using this app.Me2you25
App error
Good evening I have downloaded this on my iPhone 5 as getting to trial the unit soon. The problem I have found that the banner at the bottom of the screen is blocking the instructions. This may be in need of an update to support iPhone 5. Keep up the great work.Firstwave
