Needs Landscape View
It is a little slow sometimes, but I’ve never had a problem connecting my phone to my Camera using this app. The problem with this app is the inability to view videos fullscreen. Instead, you have to whip out a magnifying glass to see the low quality thumbnail. Might as well just be audio playback only. Fix this and I will give this app more stars.Show lessscottmo223

Configuration needed
Sadly the developer does not feel Axon Configurator should be made for iPhone even though 5 different iOS devices could use it. This app becomes even more useful when you can configure your device without having to use a cable.Tatertotmike
Videos
When viewing my videos after they have been recorded I cannot turn my phone in the landscape position to view video. It will work on other devices just not the iPhone. This needs to be fixed.BassAngler09
Landscape video option needed
Overall, the app is pretty good. I've had varying success with the Axon Body 2 connecting via WiFi when I want to view live video. The biggest omission to the app that I can find is the lack of support for landscape mode for video.San Jose Midnight Cop
App not working!!
App hasn't worked for past month on my iPhone 6s Plus. Axon Flex shows connected to phone via Bluetooth, however when app is opened it says, "your axon camera is not currently connected to your iPhone." Have deleted & reinstalled app numerous times as well as going through the pairing process and even tried other cameras. Unable to view or tag videos through the app. Dept called taser, however issue has yet to be resolved.Show lessScott706
Not to bad
This app isn't too bad. The only problem I have occasionally is I have to close the app out and restart it in order to sync the blue tooth. The camera doesn't alway want to sync to the phone. At times it takes multiple attempts to make the app and the camera work together. The other I have seen is after a video is tagged and save is selected the app does not save the info imputed. So you have to go back and re-enter all the info that had been added.Show lessBobby 234
Good Start But Needs Some Improvements
The Axon View app is a good app, but it has the potential to be great. I love the fact that videos can be labeled before they download. It's also nice to review the video instantly. The view from the phone helps make sure the lens is position right.
Now the negatives: The video is extremely jumpy and takes a while to load, whether on 4G or WiFi. Also, it would be nice to be able to get a battery percentage meter on the phone. The ability to silence the beep from the phone would also come in extremely handy.

Easy to use
The app is easy to use. I like the fact nothing gets stored on the phone. Therefore, the phone is not discoverable.
I also like the feature where one can use the phone as a monitor. It's a great tool for clearing crawl spaces.
Ever since the app was upgraded it performs very poorly. Usually I have to try restart the app several times to get it to work. Also, sometimes the app fails to store the meta data the first time it's entered.Show lessHush dip
Crashes
This new version with the yellow icon crashes 98% of the time when first opened each day. The app then runs smoothly when re-opened. Have noticed Bluetooth issues with this version as well. Fails to connect or recognize the active connection. I've uninstalled the app several times with the same results.Show lessD_Ballantyne
