Horrible
I use the new Axon body and the app will not work at all!! This issue has been going on since the first part of the summer and it has not been fixed yet. In order to label videos you have to delete the app and then reinstall it, and that doesn’t always work. I really wish they would fix it. I also can’t download the new IOS14 until they update it 🙄Show lessJlw181

Annoying permission screen
I’ve have no issues with the app and it works well, but I can’t stand the “always allow location even when not using the app” prompt every time I open it! I’m not going to let it see my location or record location data ever so just give us an option to say no and leave us alone until we decide to change it. Good.. room for easy improvements
App works great with my iPhone, haven’t had many issues. Any issues are usually from the camera itself and not the app. Only gave 4 stars because it is annoying having to individually label ID/category of each video—app would be greatly improved if you could update multiple videos at a time!. z z z z z z z z z z
GPS Access
This was a decent app until you started demanding me to allow it to access my GPS all the time. That ain’t happening. You can access it while I’m using the app, and that’s it. I’m tired of having to go to my settings every time I try to label a video.Treygate
Connectivity
I just upgraded to an IPhone 11 from my IPhone 8 Plus. Every time I open the app I get about 7 seconds before the camera disconnects from Bluetooth. I never had this issue with my iPhone 8 so it’s pretty frustrating right now. I’m pretty sure this app needs a legitimate update. As of right now it’s completely useless, and now I’m forced to use the actual website. Please fix.Show lessZothegr8
App needs an update
I have been using the Axon app for about 4 years now. It makes my life so much easier since I’m not required to go to the station to label my videos I can do it in the field when the info is still fresh on my mind. However, for the past 3 months the app has been failing miserably. It shuts off as I try and label my videos and it will not let me connect to the camera’s WiFi, if it connects to the camera at all,so I can view the footage. I doubt it is a camera malfunction since I’m on my second camera this year. In addition, your camera quality has gone down hill drastically! When my department was using the axon body 1 I never had any issues out of the camera now that we have gone to the axon body 2 I’m about to be on my 3rd camera in a year wth man this is unacceptable especially with as much money as my department has spent on your product!!Show lessUsrmympgrl
I used to love this app
I had no problems using this app on my Galaxy Note 8. Unfortunately, now that I’m using an iPhone X, the app will not play back saved video on the camera. I can still pair the camera, and change the names of videos, but playback is hugely important.BradleyC92
The future is now!
Our agency finally went to Axon and it’s been amazing. Several of my guys were wondering if in the future, could a setting be put in place that would keep the indicator lights on, but at a lower light output? On night shift, it kind of blinds some officers. I know it can be deactivated, but we still like to have that reassurance it’s on or on standby mode. Great Product
I’ve never had a problem with this application. This software makes labeling evidence and video footage easy on the user, and evidence review is great. Video quality is a little low using the mobile app, but this is easy to overlook. Great app!Shindler's Mother
