I’ve used this app for about four years now and I don’t think it’s ever worked correctly once for me. When labeling videos I have to do it multiple times for it to save. And now it won’t even let me log in. As soon as I log in it kicks me right back out.Awesomeness75
Constant re-pairing
When it works it works fine but the it constantly needs to be re paired, it’s annoying when you need to watch something quickly or access the contents. Fix please.Eaf James
Review of video
I can no longer watch video on my phone that are already recorded. Not sure what the issue is but I like to be able to do that before I write reports. Now I have to go upload it first.AndrewSeligman
Buggy, slow, aggravating
Just the same as all the other 1 star reviews. It signs you out and you have to delete the app and reinstall it every couple of times you try to label a video. Very frustrating as this is a waste of time and a danger to officers.Ptown!
Could Be Better
New Camera: Used this app for two days. Tried the live view maybe three times on one day. Never worked again. Deleted app. Unpaired phone from camera. Could not get the camera to initiate pairing again. Judging by the low ratings, I will wait for some time in the future to see if the bugs are worked out.Show lessXx312zxy
Horrible.
Have to close the app every time before you can label the video. If you are a decision making for your pd field test this system unlike our department Also the camera activation for the camera for handgun removal doesn’t work. It goes off when u move. Axon sold it to my department. Six months in still doesn’t work. Video quality is greatShow lessreal cop 2021
App frequently does not work
Constantly have to log out and log in to tag videos. App does not allow you to review video and pause and restart where you left off, it restarts the entire video. Honestly the app worked perfect on my galaxy and now I have an iPhone and this version is so badno nickname is the best
Needs work
I have to delete and reinstall app almost daily to label videos pertaining to calls for service.fix your app x
Buggy, doesn’t remember login, officer safety problem
This software is buggy, doesn’t remember login info and causes officers to have to divert their attention away from possible environmental dangers to troubleshoot and login so that they can notate videos properly to comply with departmental policy. Why do you have to log in to update the video info on your phone that is already paired??? Waste of time and super frustrating.Show lessRob Bravo

I like the app when is working correctly. Major problem before using the application. In order for me to use it i have to download this app daily. As you can imagine this gets old. My phone is an iPhone 11, and it will be great if this problem gets fix.hahavsujdnrkdlofb
