Bien pensé et bien fait mais maintenant le compteur augmente et descend au gré du moment et deux semaines plus tard ,le compteur n’a pas bougé malgré les casse têtes complétés

Love it BUT
Has something changed? It is so annoying when I go to my iPad to complete a puzzle I’ve been working on and find it’s reset itself and all progress has been lost. So annoying especially on the larger, more difficult puzzles.
Jigsaw world review
It is a good game, adding the ability to create your own puzzle is very attractive. But I don’t think it is ready for release, the game typically crashes 2-3 times before it opens. How it interacts with my iPhone is a problem, it tends to move the main puzzle when moving just one piece, or it won’t move the piece your finger is on, it rather one or more pieces surrounding the piece you want to move, or the puzzle itself. I don’t believe that the designers made it compatible with Apple software. They got it sorta close and kinda usable but it is clunky. I have to also admonish Apple for allowing this into their games. Apparently they don’t spend enough, if any time testing the apps they allow. Also, I reread the privacy policy a little more in depth and I wonder why this game is monitoring my browser history? And why has Apple allowed this. I am also concerned that I have turned off all sounds in my preferences and yet this and other games are able to bypass my preferences and allow sounds. Apple apparently let that pass also, when I asked an Apple representative they could not give me an answer as to why that happens but they promised someone would get back to me soon. That was about a year ago.

Good App but Broken
App been fine till recently. Playing music constantly and I can’t remember how to turn it off! App also crashing. No changes to my iPad that could cause this that I know of.
I really wish you’d find a way to enable jigsaw to be locked into place as it is so so annoying when it moves around, hence 3 stars. Could have been 5 stars.

Hi Simdaft, you might be interested in turning off the 'Move by dragging with 1 finger' option in the game's settings - turning this off means that you can only move the puzzle around using two fingers, so you won't accidentally move it when using one finger to move a piece. We hope this helps!
In progress
I love the game! I play it every day. I just wish there was an in progress section, like you have it in Cross-Stitch World. So I can know which ones I’ve started
Puzzle locks up & freezes
Deleted the app & after a couple months I went back & Gave it a second try….. worked great for awhile & now we are back to the same issues!
Seems like every time you start adding more ads in the middle of “play” it becomes unplayable!!!
“I’ve had this for a few months & fully enjoyed it!! Puzzle was a lot of fun and working great….💖👍🏻 Till you added pop-up ads! Now every time an ad pops up (very annoying in it’s self !!!) & it returns to the game it freezes up and is completely unplayable! 😳 Sorry to say that I’m going to just have to delete it & find something else 😡”

Jigsaw World Frustrations
Great app to start then after multiple uses annoying adds and then frustration when after an ad the puzzle freezes up. Nothing to get it workable again but to power off and on and then reopen! Such a shame because it has been great for the first two months. If this keeps up I will delete the app and try another puzzle company.

Fix edge to image when edge completed
Hi. Could you consider an update that fixes the completed edge of the jigsaw to the image beneath when you complete it. Presently the whole jigsaw moves around the screen as you look for the next piece and you have to keep realigning the edge to line up with the image. Other than that it’s a great app!

Problème
Très déçue du résultat…..lorsque je suis en train de faire le casse tête et une annonce se manifeste, mon écran gèle et incapable de continuer mon casse tête et le temps continue…….je dois fermer ma tablette et parfois ça fonctionne. Catherine 632023

I love this app, actually I’m addicted to it! I only wish you would get it back to when the puzzles would lock into place so it doesn’t constantly move around. Thanks for letting me play!
