Needs to let couples track what goals the other has done

This app would be a 5-star if it allowed my significant other to see all the acts of service I've completed in my "Goals" page. She feels truly loved seeing all the acts I've completed just for her. For now, we use Wunderlist purely because it allows her to do exactly this

Could be better

It great having a list of things to remind yourself, but there is no way for you partner to see when you track progression. All you can see is their love score on how they feel. It’s been helping me as a reminder but there isn’t much for two way interaction other than they can suggest tasks

This is great!

My husband and I use it regularly and its a great way to lift each other up and remind each other that we do love each other :) I am an old fashion , write love notes on paper and leave it on his pillow or in suitcase.. my husbands an IT guy so this is more up his alley!
One thing I wish it had ( and maybe it does?) is a way to get back into app if it gets deleted. I accidentally had apps deleted on my phone and since I had a “ link” I could not find a way to log in again.. I lost all the “ nudges” aka love notes!

Not very accessible

It’s a fun idea, but difficult to navigate. The “profile” section doesn’t have all of the profile info in it (I had to go hunting for “settings” to find most of it) and there’s a lot of difficult-to-read grey text that makes things look unavailable. I think that a few simple design tweaks would make it a decent app, but so far it’s just frustrating.

Settings

This app is really good. The only problem with it at the moment is that the ‘log out’ and ‘delete account’ buttons are overlayed on the settings, so I can’t select the notifications button to change when I get notifications etc because those two buttons are in the way. Otherwise everything else runs perfectly.

Great concept

This is a great app for couples looking to build a healthy relationship. I love that you are able to see how full your partner’s ‘love tank’ is as a percentage. It really makes it easier to understand how your partner feels so that you can find ways to love them better. I think one way this app could be improved is through couple goals. It would be amazing to set goals as a couple and them mark them off when they are completed so that we get a sense that we are working towards them together. At the moment the app limits us only to setting goals for ourselves and suggesting goals for your partner. Otherwise this app is a wonderful concept and builds on Dr Gary Chapman’s book very well.

Great concept!

I am just starting this app, and I’ve been hoping to find something like it for a long time. I love the concept and the ability to connect with my partner, but I did notice one thing that seems to be missing. I saw that you can have reminders set and that you can choose to have those reminders sent at different frequencies, but I don’t see that reminders can be set to be sent on a specific calendar date. For example, a yearly reminder of an anniversary or birthday can be set, but I only see that you can choose the day of the week it’s sent, not a specific date. Maybe I missed something and I’ll figure it out as I use it more. If not, maybe a calendar option to choose the exact date of a reminder would be good. Thanks!

Good BUT

Being older I have a very difficult time seeing the faint small print and therefore have very little idea of what it might say. I like the notifications that I get on my iPhone home screen, however when I tap on it it does take me to the app but does not take me to the notification itself which is usually hi lighted But not always. I am working with the app anyways and am hopeful it will get easier to use. Thank you for producing and updating this otherwise very useful app.

Oh my gosh!!

Such a wonderful app. I first heard about the message that my pastor spoke based on this book but then I went to look for the quiz and I saw that they have a whole entire app. my husband who is very quiet and laid-back was very apprehensive but out of love he gave it a try. we are at the start of learning one another’s love language and being conscious. We’re learning what we like and don’t like I wish that the app would suggest task for us to do for the other person based on the language as oppose to us figuring out the task

This app is simple to use and requires little commitment yet imparts invaluable understanding regarding our different ways of expressing love. It is a wonderful tool to help us understand ourselves whilst facilitating an understanding of our partners and likewise.
Many thanks for the developers of this app
