The writing is sooooo small.
And all other teams you teamsnap. This is the only team out of 20 my girls are on, that uses SE.

We appreciate your feedback about the small font size, and we can see how that could be challenging. It's important to us that you have a comfortable experience. We do support the zoom setting on your i-phone. If that is enabled you can move around on the app and zoom in and out and it makes the text bigger. Hello Sarmacist, We completely empathize with the annoyance of constant glitches disrupting your team's availability submissions. Any time an event is updated at all we do ask people to resubmit availability to make sure they see the update. We will do some investigation on our end to make sure it is not resetting without game/event updates. If you can provide your team information to help@sportsengine.com we can troubleshoot further. Be recommending we find a new app for the new season.
Schedule updates: the team management will put a schedule update in the system yet it won’t show up in the app for everyone. Often it won’t show up. We’ve taken to taking screenshots to show management we aren’t ignoring them we aren’t getting the schedule changes. Thus now we have several other ways we are communicating incase this app glitches.
Photos: the glitches in image uploads in the chat is mindblowing. Images come up all orange or red. It’s the quickest way to share everything with everyone and yet again we find ourselves having to use links or text to send. What’s the point of this app.
Message: there is no way to form small groups within the messaging or directly message the coach. This means lots of, what should be private questions, being asked in the public forum.
Hyperlinks: any links you put in the chat often don’t hyperlink. Only part will. This you have to copy and open outside of the app instead of the app actually doing what it should and making the link live.
Overall, this has been the worst sports management app we have experienced as consumers. Personally doing the research for management so we don’t have to be this frustrated next year.

Hi MCEMommy, I am sorry about the issues you have been having with the app. Could you please clarify whether the issue is that the change is not being reflected in the app schedule (Schedule View) or in the phone’s calendar app (iCal or Android Calendar) or both? I appreciate any insight as we look into this. We have made enhancements to the photos in the chat in one of our latest release updates. Can you please verify if this is still an issue with the latest version of the app? We’re updating this app often and addressing bugs in each release so would recommend staying up to date with the latest release.
