I love the feature where it brings up an old memory to let you know what you did 1 week ago, 3 months ago, 6 months ago, etc. keeps me motivated to keep going and write in the journal.

A good way to keep your mind in gear
As part of my morning routine, I make journaling a part of my day. It’s nice to look back on to see the growth I have made.
Disappointing
I wanted to upgrade to include photos and I could not find that option anywhere. Customer service couldn’t help. Too late to cancel (after one day?) but I have moved on to Day One.
Loved this but now it won’t load
Just get a blank screen when I open it now. Reinstalled but no luck
Issues opening app
Everytime I open the app I get a white screen! Super disappointed as it's a really great app when working well and I'm paying the annual subscription for an app I cannot use at all
Disappointed
Keeps freezing and comes up with a blank screen when I open app. I have re installed multiple times. So disappointed that I have wasted £34.99 as paid for years subscription.
Doesn’t load anymore
Used it then it stopped working and just doesn’t load…it’s been working for what I would say fine for over a year
Stopped working after latest update
Now it is just a blank screen. Fix it

Im in love with 5 mints journal! It's so minimalist and easy Wo write anywhere u want just from your phone and Ipad 💕✌️
Long time user, but recently disappointed
I have used this app for many years and loved it. But recently it’s been difficult. The streak function never worked right so I turned it off, the weekly recap that was just rolled out is a wonderful feature, except it’s recapping prior weeks not the most recent one and for the last month every time I open the app I get a white screen:(

Hi Ashwini, I see you’re currently using version 4.1.4 of the app. Please update to version 4.1.6, where the crashing issue has been successfully fixed. Once you update, the app should be working smoothly again.

Great App Overall
I love using this app daily and been doing so for many years! I think being able to customize the prompts is wonderful. My ongoing frustration is with pictures one adds with their entries. If you click on them to see the larger version, many times they won’t appear; you will just see a black screen. If the picture is from a few years ago, it won’t come up at all. This is disappointing because when a memory from 5, 7 years comes up, I would love to see the visual memory that’s attached. That’s why I take time to attach photos to every single entry. Hopefully, that glitch is resolved in the near future. Other than that, love the app!

Wasn’t sure what to think of the new Eva feature at first, but now I can’t start my day without her feedback and questions. Forces me to be more detailed and specific, and feel like I can start my day with more actionable items. Love!
AI Integration anytime soon?
Love this app - I have been using it for years. Recently something came up on the app where I was having a conversation with an Ai agent… the name may have been Eve. I loved it! Then the feature went away! Please bring it back. It was a good added option.

Was using it but it now wants me to change plans. Can no longer access, avoid it like the plague!
