Great App Overall
I love using this app daily and been doing so for many years! I think being able to customize the prompts is wonderful. My ongoing frustration is with pictures one adds with their entries. If you click on them to see the larger version, many times they won’t appear; you will just see a black screen. If the picture is from a few years ago, it won’t come up at all. This is disappointing because when a memory from 5, 7 years comes up, I would love to see the visual memory that’s attached. That’s why I take time to attach photos to every single entry. Hopefully, that glitch is resolved in the near future. Other than that, love the app!

Wasn’t sure what to think of the new Eva feature at first, but now I can’t start my day without her feedback and questions. Forces me to be more detailed and specific, and feel like I can start my day with more actionable items. Love!
AI Integration anytime soon?
Love this app - I have been using it for years. Recently something came up on the app where I was having a conversation with an Ai agent… the name may have been Eve. I loved it! Then the feature went away! Please bring it back. It was a good added option.

Was using it but it now wants me to change plans. Can no longer access, avoid it like the plague!
Lost Most Of My Journal Entries
Support took 4 days to respond. I followed the steps they provided, including signing out and signing back in. Unfortunately, I have now lost most of my journal entries. I have not heard back from support in 8 days now.
Please Fix the MAC OS Version
The Mac OS App is unusable. Even the IPhone/Ipad Version of the app on the MAC is unusable. It always crashes when you try to use it. Please fix. Thank you

Pleasing simple journal
Absolutely love this journal app. I'm easily irritated by nudges, graphics and prompts however this one stands out and I genuinely look forward to using it twice daily. Incredibly helpful as a life buddy!
Life enhancing gratitude
I start and finish the day with this app. Love how after more than a decade of using it gives me glimpses and photos of my e.g. "day five years ago" offering insight into how my mind worked and revolved at the time and how i’ve changed. Love the ability to add meaningful photography to entries and the daily quote. It's an investment into your mental health and wellbeing.

Needs Accessibility Work
Overall, this is an awesome app, and I plan on getting it back into my regular schedule. I love how the journaling sections are separated by morning and evening, as well as the organization of the prompts! Also, I love the challenges and quotes provided. However, the mood feature has been inaccessible with VoiceOver the entire time I have used it, which has been several years. Furthermore, some of the buttons appear to be unclearly labeled or not labeled at all now particularly in the sections related to writing an entry. This makes it difficult to know where the button to continue is and what some of the features are. Overall, though, I would recommend this app to almost anyone!

Mindset Shift
5 months postpartum here…I’ve been struggling to see the light as every day is the same, I don’t feel like myself, and still recovering mentally and physically. Doing an entry every morning helps set the tone for my day and reminds me of the things that do bring light into my life and how I can do so for others. Simple and easy app to use.

Terrible support
I have sent approximately eight emails trying to get some support for my app. I want to export all my photos and the instructions a bot gave me don’t work. I receive NO reply at all for further support. Not good enough when I am paying for this app. Can a human get in touch with me?
Daily Diary Review
I absolutely love this app for its appearance and easy usage. The only thing I don’t really like is the yearly subscription however i do believe paying for it yearly is what keeps this app maintained. If I would change anything about this, I would just change the app appearance, it reminds me of the Illuminati and makes me feel very uncomfortable. Maybe into a book, a pencil, or something positive. Overall, amazing.

Lost data
Journal entries don’t save. Spent a half hour typing for it to never save. It does this all the time. Money on this app wasted!!!!
Entries Disappearing
For the past week or so sections of my entries have disappeared after being saved - when I go back into the app then the entries for “What will I do to make today great”, “Daily Affirmations” and “What did I learn today” will have disappeared. I have been using the app for almost three years and haven’t noticed this happening before. Very disappointing.

Whats happened to this app :(
I used to love this app, I had paid for a ‘lifetime’ subscription as others have also mentioned then had to migrate to subscription to continue to use it, since then I’ve had so many issues with it, tried contact support a few times dont hear back. The amount of times I have written in entries then lost them, the uploading photos videos function doesn’t act like it used to. You used to be able to put up 4 pics inc 1 video in each section and it’s not letting me do that anymore. It’s not as seamless, the many glitches are starting to make it difficult & unusable. I used to fill it in daily but I’m not using it as much cos of all these issues. I recently tried to start again & again lost the entries & photos not loading properly. Not sure the app developers care anymore which is sad as it was a great app. Would be good to know that they are aware & addressing these issues? I don’t want to give up on it but may have to :(
