Worst account setup to date
The amount of times the screen had timed out and the customer unfriendly approach would make you think you were trying to raise the titanic… it’s just a ticket to an event
Please fix font zoom problem on iPhone
There is a bug in the current version for recent iPhone models that means when font zoom is on you can’t access your tickets. Your tech support has no clue and only suggests reinstalling and restarting which is a taste of time. Please fix it.
Worse than BT?
There are few companies I despise more than BT, but Ticketmaster run a very close second. Tickets show on the laptop and not on the app… yet I’m logged in on both. Why is that Ticketmaster? You literally have one job.
Luckily there’s a “Help” button inside the app. Yes, I put that in inverted commas. The “Help” should be called “Hinder”. When I click the button it opens up a webpage with a form to complete longer than the Dead Sea scrolls.
I guess I’ll just take my laptop along to the event with me.

Terrible
Absolutely sick of this terrible app. Never works properly. Everytime you try to log in it makes you reset your password. The section where you view tickets doesn’t work, it just spins around like it’s loading and freezes the app. Closing doesn’t work, deleting and reinstalling doesn’t work. This is a big company who charges excessive fees for tickets. Surely you could spend some money on an app that works.

WHY
i have it saved as a witdgit to track the date til my concert BUT IT KEEPS LOGGING ME OUT. even when i click remember me it just does not keep my signed in. i’m not logged in on any other device or website either so it’s not like that’s the issue. it just doesn’t keep me logged in. I can’t even keep track of if i have my ticket or not because it just continuously logs me out of the account even though i signed in less than 30 seconds before. it also keep changing my location even though i’ve allowed access to it. for some reason it keeps saying i’m in LA when im in the Uk and my saved artist is coming up in mexico then makes me log in again just for it to do the same exact process. FIX THIS!

Horrendous app cannot tell the difference between a real bot or person
Ticketmaster and their customer service are exceptionally bad. I have a recurring issue whereby the app and website keep thinking I’m a bot despite only searching for specific music events as they arise and only ever trying to buy 1 or 2 tickets. I complete the basic troubleshooting which doesn’t fix the issue and their customer service is team are like oh well if that doesn’t work we can’t help. How about you sort out the issue. I will avoid buying from here st all costs

The delusion of online ease
The problem with the vintage of music veterans who like ZZ Top is that we remember when you just rang a telephone number and someone said fine and sent you the tickets. After three nearly hour-long attempts over two days from overseas, I almost gave up on this concert and on this company. Security checks, copious data inputs, undefined terminologies (if you want to know what ‘collectors’ are for $20 extra, bad luck), MasterCard priority that was supposed to finish on 6 December still blocking tickets on the 19th, timeouts etc etc. Really guys. How many sales do you lose because people just don’t have enough time for this complexity. (Ps in case you wonder, I am completely IT and AI literate and current, despite my age). We got there in the end.

Time to upgrade the system
Timed out twice ( short period) as Dinner options exhausted and kept having to go backwards to try and select a different option . Then tickets released and no longer available so had to go through state selection again. Limited payment options available needs to include Apple Pay and PayPal
The app is UNUSABLE with mobile data
Trying to access the app or get my tickets for shows (WHERE THERES NO WIFI) the app suspends my activity due to suspicious behaviour.
Why can I not access my tickets or simply login to the app while using mobile data, this is an incredibly inconvenient oversight and a such a stupid behaviour that needs to be alleviated as it makes accessing tickets in arenas or venues with no WiFi incredibly complicated and hard!

Worst App
This app is absolutely awful, whenever I go into the app the location reverts back to USA/Los Angeles even though I am in the London area in the UK, this happens even though my location settings are set to my correct location on my account within the app and location settings correct in my phone settings for the app. I can’t view any events coming up in my area because of the abysmal location settings on the app and only shows me things coming up in the USA. SORT IT OUT TICKETMASTER!!!!
