Good but crashes (UPDATE: frequently!)
Certainly does all the basics, but some functions available on the remote (such as 10° night setback) and fan setting Auto are not available in the app. Intrigued by previous reviewer’s mention of IFTTT - must try that. The app crashes every second or third time I open it, but then starts fine when tapped again. Overall, glad we got it. UPDATE: After several months of use, the app crashes very frequently, ie most times it is opened. It also often says the module in the AC unit has lost contact with the WiFi, despite there being no problem with the WiFi. Maybe check if your AC can be controlled by a different remote setup.Show lessVolvoide

Works fine for turning on and off. A big limitation is there is no actual temperature display, just the set temperature.Seebee66

Continually drops out / nothing wrong with internet
I have MS, Aircon is like a lung machine to me. I medically rely on having to turn on aircon 30 minutes before entering the house so I don’t collapse in heat. Trips to hospital and bring in bed recovering for 3 days are no fun when this happens. The adapter continually disconnects from the internet every other day for no reason whatsoever it just drops out. Every other device in the house works perfect except this one. Wasted $750 for two which have caused me much pain and suffering with my medical condition to date. Hope the makers read this and do something as the electrician has followed exact instructions and attended several times to reset the device and we are both exasperated at what appears to be a design or app fault..Show lesshype up....not good
Split unit control
I have a Fujitsu split unit, actually two units, and added the AC Cloud control so I can control the units and check on the units while I’m out of town. It’s been two years and countless hours on the phone and emails trying to get the system working with no luck. I don’t know what to tell you other then stay away. Works well
My needs for AC cloud control are reasonably basic, but it all works great ie on-off controll and temperature control. As an added bonus the app works brilliantly with the IFTTT app. I do not use the heatpump in summer, but I have it set up now via IFTTT that the heatpump turns on if the temp drops below 14 degrees celsius (more common during summer in Tasmania than you might think) and turns back off when the temperature reaches 18 degrees. Little quirks at first when using the app to set Schedules. But you pick it up quickly.
There is no support over weekends and holidays. Especially to reset/fix servers that cause RES BLINKING light on your WiFi units.
When you get the red blinking light on your WiFi units…that means their servers have errors and needs a reset to fix it. When this happens over weekends, no one can reset/fix them until the next weekday. So you’re left with a blinking red light for 2-3 days.
But during the week when servers need reset/fix, it’s done usually within that day.Show lessMilhouse2323
No longer working
First of all, their website is trash. You can’t even access support either signing up or logging in. You can’t call them. This used to work well but all of a sudden it keeps blinking red and I’ve tried several times to reconnect and it won’t work. Very disappointed.Dguiller
