No Longer Works
Not sure if it’s the app, their servers, or the hardware — but after working pretty well for a few years, the scheduled events no longer work properly (the temp, fan, etc. settings change all over the place). As of several months ago. Can still change the settings manually through the app/internet. But very disappointing as relied on this as my only connected scheduling solution for my Daikin DK-RC units.Show lessSharmonster

Great, but still could be better
Works well most of the time, but occasionally gets stuck in reading the wrong ambient temperature.... this often leads to the app thinking its much hotter than it is, and start to kick out cold air from the aircon to cool things down. Would be great to have direct integration with Google Home and/or Alexa instead on having to rely on 3rd party services.Show lessNZ_Funktopus
No longer works
The app worked well in year one, since then it won’t connect to my wireless network. Switched Comcast boxes several times, used their support for hours, had Fujitsu tech support working on it for days, all other wireless devises work flawlessly but Intesis. Now I have 3 IntesisHome units that are completely useless and no way to control my mini splits remotely. Very frustrating.Show lessSooo addicting
Ok app controller not so much
App does all it claims to when it connects to controller. But controller it interfaces with is a bit erratic. Says no connection when there is lots of signal.howickcandys
Doesn’t Always Work
The scheduling feature is very hard to figure out you can’t just schedule by days. Once you figure it out it is hard to adjust.Dominic T 1972
Keeps flashing red and dropping off the wireless
I like the idea and the app platform but drops off the Wifi a considerable amount of times throughout the day.
Our household is really disappointed at this stage by trying to solve the issue.Doesn't stay on the Wifi
Disappointing
Bought 3 of this over-prices product and only one works properly. My 2 other devices keeps on cutting in and out of WiFi even though my connection is strong. I constantly have to reset the device, connect it to WiFi. Very annoying. Wish I bought a different product.Kango

Does what it says on the tin great way to control AC
Looking forward to new features like turn macros on and off but I’m sure they are on the way
