Reliable system
I’ve had this system for a little over a year now. It does work well but there is a big part of the app that’s not intuitive and it’s not always easy to find answers with the company being in Spain and no customer service in the United States. Fortunately issues are very few and far between.fritz in DC

The good: Siri support is available for everything- fantastic!
Bad:
Can’t change the names of patterns or actions (after changing them they revert).
It wasn’t clear to me that patterns can’t overlap.. for example if you create 2 patterns for Monday-Friday, it will only use the top most one. This sort of makes sense, but the UI didn’t make it clear so it was fairly frustrating.
There should be a way to turn patterns on/off (for example if your going on vacation to be able to toggle off a pattern until you return).

For some reason, even though there is a strong connection between the the access point and box I still get errors with wifi. Please update ur app, the errors also dont state what is wrong.Nice App and cool idea

App seems to be about as basic as can be. Not sure they have ever done an update to add more functionality. Lame....Belmondq
Doesn’t set minimum heat mode
App is ok- but doesn’t allow you to set house to minimum heat. Lowest is 60 Fahrenheit. Pointless when you go away for trips.dgbie124
