Installing product is a joke. Their “Quick Start “ instructions leave out 2 or 3 essential steps which you can only figure out by searching the web for help. The directions that come with the units are incomplete The installation video on YouTube is by someone with a thick Catalan accent. The Scene and Calendar features are incompatible with each other but you won’t know this until you try to use both and then contact tech support. The timer feature is inconsistent and works intermittently. This is one of the worst engineered and most overpriced tech products I’ve ever seen.Show lessBlockturd

I updated to version 2.6.4 and it removed all my devices and scenes. All are present on the website and everything worked fine before. Now there aren’t any devices.EMac78
