Don’t waste your money
I paid $450 for 3 set of a remote access and they never worked. I called and reached out to system provider but got no help.

13th century interface
Horrible interface. Hardly gets any updates. Very buggy. Their cloud server is always “not available “. When it works it has very limited options compared to the mitsubishi remote control. No technical support too. Best to avoidKuzev

Wi-fi integration is sometimes difficult. Need to revise that .

Great app but missing important functionality
Works very well for the functionality included, but it misses key functions from the Mitsubishi Heavy Industries AC we have, but also relatively basic and important functions such as sleep Timer, 3D Auto air flow, silent mode, etc.
A real pity because you can’t do away with the remote, and the two don’t work that well together!

Works but lacks adjustability
It turns on and off with some simple settings but it doesn’t link to the controller nor match exactly the setting on Mitsubishi pumps.Vitalisen
What happened?
Worked fine for a year now we can’t connect? Having invested in this with a newborn we’ve had two service people out with no fix. Advice - save your money, stress and time and go for someone else. Don’t let tradies install this (ees NZ).A_N/on
