Doesn’t work on Apple Watch
iPhone app is great, however the app doesn’t work at all with Apple Watch and this is very disappointing. Intensis home have not offered any help - a friend also has the same issues so I know it’s not just me - please fix !!!!!!!!Koolvin_
Constantly crashes/Unstable
I can control my 3 AC’s with basic functions, but unfortunately the app seems very unstable. I’m running latest version of IOS14, and on both iPhone X and iPad Air 4 and it crashes almost every time I select a function (eg ON/OFF). Actually, maybe it doesn’t completely crash, but sends it to the background. The app is still running, but disappears from screen, and you have to go and find it again. Bit disappointing after forking out for the wifi modules to find out that the app is very unstable. Seems like it needs some updates. Any news from the developers on when this issue will be addressed?Show lessMichaelBuild

Okay once it’s working
My initial attempt to get it to work, With my iPhone XS Max failed. Tried the self same thing on the iPad Pro and it did work. Having registered the device I found that I could use my iphone to control the air con. A couple of weeks later I needed to change the WiFi I was using with it. It seems that there’s no config from within the app when you’re logged in. So I had to log out and delete the app. Re-download the app and open it. The front splash screen has the config option so I set up the WiFi and then logged in. First time I did it the air con device had been lost. Tried a second time (delete the app, reinstall it etc) and it worked fine. In use I find the app easier than the remote, with the added advantages of distant control of course. So it’s ok once you get it to work, but clearly hasn’t been thoughtfully programmed.Show lessGeepj
Got it to work!
I almost didn’t buy the WiFi adapter for my Fujitsu halcyon because of all the bad reviews I read about this app and it’s in inability to connect. It took an hour to figure out but I got it to work with full functions. I would advise you to have both an iPhone and Android phone and a lap top to get this all to work. try connect the device with both phones if one OS stalls out. Don’t use 5g internet for this. Had to close the app down and relogin a couple of times to get it to work. When you register the WiFi adapter... use the html portal and not the app. You can log into the app later with changes you saved on the laptop (html interface)Show lessgrow room

Good, not great
Love being able to turn my heat pump on before I leave work and come home to a warm house. But.... 1: frequently says no WiFi connection when it’s not the case, and takes varying amounts of time to come back. 2: crashes upon opening somewhat frequently, and usually comes up with no connection error when reopened. 3: will sometimes say it’s 30-31° inside when it’s definitely not, which means it won’t kick in and warm up. Also, never managed to make it work with Siri... Disappointing because the potential is great. Still wouldn’t be without it though!Show lessLadystephNZ
Can’t get it to work!
Try as I might, I am unable to add my air-conditioning unit as a new device on my app. So, until I can do this, it has been a waste of money and a lot of time. I follow the steps, the app pairs with the hub, then I scan the bar code which the app correctly decodes, but then it locks up trying to find the device. I have tried so many times without success.
