Managed to connect to Internet and Panasonic heat pump in the 1st instance. Cannot set calendar or any programming as there is no add button on the app. I could initially operate the heat pump with the app on/off button and change temperature but now it only seems to communicate with the intesis device only which doesn’t pas the signal to the heat pump. Remote control away from home is handy as is scheduling and the simplest thing this app should be to turn unit on and off at certain times and at a certain temperature. It is impossible to do as best I can figure out with the app. Turn on, yes, change settings, yes, but not off. There are many apps who have mastered time settings and scheduling, why not this one?Show lessBerryfne

Poor application for a cottage
I purchased this remote control system to monitor and hopefully control my heat pump air conditioner/heater. I own a cottage in Northern Michigan. I turn the system to minimum heat (50 degrees Fahrenheit). I am unable to change to heat mode from minimum heat. The only benefit of this device is the ability to read the temperature in the cottage. When I contacted customer service I got asked questions that neither I nor my Hvac installer could answer. I definitely wasted my money on this product.Show lesspoppysmitchell

Absolutely clunky and horrible to use, temp reads all over up and down, sometimes I see -130c, so that’s fun
Sometimes the app will tell me it’s on, and when I get the actual control on the wall an hour later wondering why it’s not working, it turns out the app didn’t actually do anything and my aircon is of course still turned off
Leaves a sour taste in my mouth after the money spent on a Mitsubishi Heavy Industries unit, aircon works well, just a shame they use this out dated budget app that feels like they paid the developers $5 to make itShow lessWtf20007

Terrible interface. Setting scenes is too complicated. No option for a quick and simple timer off. Often has connection issues. Support for the app is poor. A very amateur app. Compared to Sensibo this app is a joke.fyjbvxeedhunjlj
