Really Bugg app but got it done
Delivery and Billing Address conflicts when trying to check out create headaches and if the app stalls at check out and you have to reload and redo the project the old project is still in the cart so you have to wait for the old project to time out and do it all over again .
Needs Improvement
However, I think it needs improvement.
It says on the home screen that for mini squares, you need a minimum of 12 pictures. In reality, you can't proceed with an order unless you upload 20.
Several times, I upload and edit my images only for the app to crash before the purchase is complete. So you then have to start again.
I select different delivery address to billing. I input the delivery address details. Every time at checkout, it reverts back to delivery address same as billing. I still haven't managed to change this.
Overall, it's hard work, and takes a lot longer to place an order than it should.
App needs work
Also, when the app is preparing your photos (1 of 40, 2 of 40, and so on…), if you leave the app in the background you have to start over each time with the photo preparation before you can complete your order.
Third, if the quality wasn’t so great, and 3x3 prints so hard to find, I’d prefer to use a company that provided my shipping info much faster. Inkifi sends you a “thank you” email immediately, but then you don’t here much for a while. One time, I forgot I ordered photos when they arrived, because it had been so long.

STAY AWAY
The first order i placed, for Father’s Day, arrived just in the nick of time.
The problem however, is that they sent the WRONG photos. I ended up with someone else’s Father’s Day gift, and either mine didn’t get printed or someone else ended up with mine.
They agreed to send me a new order - but I had to ask for a discount/ a way to make it right.
Just got the second “correct” order in the mail and it’s facing the wrong way, and the frame is the wrong color. The photos are also darker lighting wise than the ones I submitted.
Needless to say, I will not be ordering again with this company.
App Crashes Constantly
Selecting cameras from your photo roll is difficult as the pixel quality is so bad and many pictures you can’t view or select at the bottom of the screen.
Less options than on website 🤷🏻♀️
Great Quality
I’ve already purchased twice from them and love the other forms they come in will make a good present 🎁 for family and friends.
