He turned a bad situation into a good one; Blake was amazing! Very attentive to needs of customers; Courtesy, timely service, constant kept informed

Good Company; Poor App
I’ve used Firestone across this country for years, since 2011, with no issues. I downloaded the app a few years back, but have hardly used it. I finally updated the app today, and my most recent records are from 2022! Though the app FOUND my most recent service records, and I’ve attempted to import them, they still don’t show for my vehicle, which it’s reporting about 60K miles short of what my actual mileage is. I contacted customer svc and was asked to delete the app and and reinstall it, then create a new record for my vehicle. I tried that, but now the app shows my vehicle TWICE, and won’t let me delete either acct. If this doesn’t get resolved soon, I’m deleting the app, because apparently, selecting the “App Support” link on this page takes me to a “page not found” screen. Awesome…
