Needs lots of work
You need lots of work I stopped using this am for a while because I was driving to different places doing different things and then the app would crash and I would have to do the job all over again. Also I’ve always answered the questions to the best of my ability and sometimes my perception of things is different from what is being ask of things are there but not right you need to figure a way to award partial credit. I like using this app when it works. But I started using it again The day before yesterday and went on 3 missions. Some how the app flip flopped or didn’t upload my pics and after a half hour of walking around you guys don’t want to give me any credit even though it’s not my fault. I don’t think I’ll be using this app again for a while.

Extra cash on my walk to work
Just stop into stores and answer a few questions for a little side hustle. The UI is clean and not overwhelming. Only downside is that in certain areas there are not very many missions or all the missions are snapped up in the weeee hours of the morning, before you even open the app. The price per mission varies, some pay $5 for two pictures and one question and others are like $1 for 15 questions. I haven’t come across any of the bugs listed by other reviewers yet... I’ll keep you updated

Used to be 5 stars..
Mobee used to be a really fun and easy way to make spending money. I’ve earned $75 while using mobee for the past three months but recently mobee has not only gone down hill but fell off a dang cliff. I’ve had more missions refused lately than what was approved and I’ve had enough experience with this app to know what was expected of me in the different store displays and required camera angles. I’ve also noticed extended wait times for mission approvals to extend 2 weeks!! Thats even with a trouble ticket open inquiring about the wait! Customer support is also NO LONGER helpful nor as friendly as they were when I first started. Mission payouts have also gone down a lot and time to complete missions have also gone up.
I think I’ll take my $75 and go somewhere else while I can still redeem my points...

Believe it’s slowly going downhill
Been a huge fan of Mobee. I’ve gotten lots of gift cards from doing the work asked. I do agree with others that some missions are worded poorly and confusing but if it’s rejected, I’ve either understood why or argued my work (with valid reasoning) and they overturned their rejection.
However, the pay for missions are getting to be extremely low. $1.50 for 15-20 minutes of work is almost laughable. The bonuses are nice when they work but you’re basically saying people are worth $5 an hour to do work when it didn’t use to be that way. I’m hoping they will turn it around and they aren’t just scared of the budget running out (which has happened to so many other companies...remember Mpoints).

Confused!
At first I was obsessed with this app! I had fun going to stores and earning points to get cool gift cards! I thought this is way to good to be true and I was right! :/ Now they literally reject your missions for reasons that aren’t fair. For example, I had to take a picture of something the store didn’t have so they rejected my mission even though I answered every question I could possibly answer! They also rejected other missions and I have no idea why because I spent all that time on it and I know I did everything it asked of me! So unfair! I felt used! They got the info from me and then just screwed me over and didn’t pay me! There are other apps that won’t play you! If this app went back to how it use to then I truly believe it would turn into something amazing but I think they got greedy

Doesn’t pay users for their work
Been a long time user of this app. I originally was a fan but I’ve twice had missions rejected for petty or no reason. My first rejected mission was due to a photo in a cramped convenience store aisle not being wide enough. It was impossible to get a wider photo without climbing on top of the opposite shelf (and you’re supposed to be discreet). My second rejected mission was supposedly due to taking a photo of the wrong display. I was supposed to take a picture of a Ring doorbell display (which I did) when I asked for a sample photo they sent me a Ring Home Security display. They’re either confused or dishonest, but I’m done wasting my time.

Biggest waste of time
You’d think being a secret shopper would be easy enough, right? Not with Mobee! They deny your mission any chance they get. For example, telling you to go to a grocery store and take pictures and count the UNIQUE kinds of honey. One would think unique means one of a kind. Nope! They denied my mission for not counting the exact same brand, label, everything only in different sizes. Maybe should have not used the word unique and told people exactly what you were expecting. Waste of time for nothing.
*** reply to developer... I submitted appeals, on all 3 missions, and all 3 appeals were denied. It’s not like I rushed through these missions! Your instructions were not clear and all 3 missions were a total waste of time!

At first I thought it was great...BUT
Used this app from time to time when I was already planning on going to a store that was listed. Ended up reaching about $30 worth of rewards to cash in. Then, they started denying my missions for no reason. They specifically asked for a photo of a display where the “home security” products were. I gave them the photo where the product they wanted to see was missing and not being advertised as it should have been. I even wrote in the description that the product was not being advertised. I spent about 25 min total on this mission only for it to be denied because the product was missing. So, they get the information for their client that they want (that their products are being displayed) and they get that information FOR FREE by wasting my time. STAY AWAY!!!

This App Is Waste of Time & Energy
Don’t waste your time. There are some great secret shopper apps out there - this is not one. I have completed about 30 “missions” and I have had approximately half of them rejected for “reasons” that are entirely fabricated. For example, one was rejected because my three pictures were too close or didn’t show enough. The pics were supposed to be of the cheese cooler. Literally, the entire cooler was pictured. Ever piece of cheese in that store section. It wasn’t good enough though. No points - no achievements - my time wasted.
It takes about a week to even find out if they approved or rejected your mission, and they don’t pay out on the bonuses in many cases. I’ve completed “Accomplishments” & had the points credited, then had the points taken back and the accomplishment put back to incomplete. Here’s the kicker - I’m a licensed private investigator with years of investigations under my belt. I’m not doing a poor job, this is a garbage app.

Great concept, horrible app
It worked great at first. But the last few missions that I have done I was not able to submit. When I tried to finish, it just took me to a gray screen and wouldn’t do anything else, and eventually, after several minutes, I got an error that said to retry, but the same thing would happen. That happened on several different missions at several different locations. Super frustrating and a serious waste of time... and I’m 175 points away from the award I wanted, so even all the missions that did work are garbage since I can’t even cash in those points.
